How do you keep track of how many kids/adults are in your store. I think you mentioned that you could only have 30 or so people in your building, but I wasn't sure if that included both adults and kids or just kids. What do you do if 8 adults come in with like 3 kids? Do you only let so many adults in per child to keep the number of ppl down so more kids can play? : )

If you dont pay yourself, how do you make your own personal money from the playroom? genuinely curious cause I've never heard of that before!
I'm not 100%, but I think she has said previously she makes her money doing the UA-cam/social media thing.
@@JLJ2730 yes she makes her money off of UA-cam and takes any money she makes from the playroom and puts it back into the business

I think it’s like if the playroom gets to capacity, she’ll make sure to save a spot for the people who made reservations
Just curious but you don't pay yourself and I know you've said that you make most of your income through social media but what makes the business worthwhile if you aren't bringing home any money from it? Do you make enough to break even on the expenses (rent, electricity, supplies, etc etc.) and your employee pay? Just very curious
It's because her buissness is what provided her with the social media opportunity, without her buissness she wouldn't be able to make videos on Grandma's playroom.

I am just wondering if it is sustainable for someone who doesnt have social media income to subsidise earnings. Take away rent, utilities, paying workers and replacing toys, will the left over profit be good enough.
It is if you put more time into it. She does state in several videos that she could make more money but chooses to adapt the hours to suit her family's needs. By adding later hours, booking more parties with add on's, adding weekly classes, and selling snacks and drinks will help bring a lot more money.
