Backing up EVERYTHING including your messages is essential. I have backups of everything especially email going back to 2015. All my computers run backups every night and for the *really* essential ones, I have periodic whole disk backups that I can just swap in immediately. And yes, some backups are on site and some off. Bravo for you.

Lively Wallpaper is Awesome you can put a moving gif on the desktop. Ai generated images still have a creepy finger movement problem. Seeing moving mermaids is tranquility inducing.
