-I am a SENIOR at Spelman College!
-I am a Biology major on the Pre-Medicine track.
-My freshman year videos were filmed with an iPhone 6.
-My sophomore year videos were filmed with a Sony SLT-A33.
-Some of my junior year videos were filmed with the Canon Powershot G5X, or one of the listed above.
-I now film ALL of my videos with a Canon Powershot G7X

Have you been dancing your whole life? Did you just start in college? Do you suggest people that have no dancing experience to do this as well? And is it very expensive?
I’ve danced my whole life. You do need dance experience and performance experience. There is a cost but it’s not expensice

Is it possible to make the team without a ton of prior dance experience? Spelman is my first choice and I would love to be a part of the team, but I don't have all of the experience that most of these girls seem to have. What must you be able to do in order to make it?
I would suggest taking dance classes before you audition. Gain high dance technique so that you can do everything and anything that they put in the audition dance because that’s a representation of the dances they do during the season
Start taking classes now at your local dance studio. #technique

Incoming freshman are able to audition in April but must send in a video audition before being approved to attend the audition week
