Thank you Nate for this great video. It helps buyers like us to see the actual finished product rather than just pictures of floor plans. We just signed a contract last night for this exact model to be built in Goose Creek.
Eastwood built my home in Greenville S.C. I can't believe how Eastwood treated us as homebuyers. We built the Raliegh and the way they overpromised and under deliever really disappointed us. Before moving in our new home. Our light fixture over our sink in our master bedroom bath was coming apart. Eastwood decided to go to the house in their unsold inventory and steal a light fixture bulb cover to install in our bathroom. We just signed over to them $190.000.00 and they couldn't replace the 25.00 light fixture. And we are still having issues with water draining in our backyard. I don't think I would ever buy an Eastwood home again. And we never ever receive surveys from them. Thumbs down to Eastwood.
Wow..... I like the new redesign of the Raleigh floor plan ..... That is Y I LOVE Eastwood Homes.... Y'all take the time 2 listen 2 the comments and take action.... My wife and I R lookin 4ward 2 our purchase in the nxt yr.... Thanks Nate 4 the video.. Also do U know if the have any locations that have the Davidson and the Ashboro with basement in the Traid or Raleigh area...
love the house exspecially the master's bathroom, my family is thinking of relocating to north carolina before the ending of the year, we not sure of the best place to move to...options on the table are, charlotte, raleigh, fayottvile and cary. Looks expensive tho.
currently lives in New jersey, was told houses in north carolina are cheap but i dont think so. we would love to move to raleigh-durham area in the $200 or less, dont mind living some distance away from raleigh, the houses there are as expensive has it is in jersey. I do really need a tour
@@anuoluwaoguntayo1377 where in NJ certainly not good town in Bergen and Essex county.NJ homes in good towns good schools will run you 500k plus ofcourse if you go to South Jersey near PA it will be less.
What’s up with a lot of carpet upstairs in houses I’m trying to house hunt with my mom we are from Florida and not a lot of houses have carpet it’s interesting to me we might be considering building instead
Nate, will Eastwood build on private land as well? Not wanting a close neighborhood setting but instead opting for the wooded tree lined boarder lot. All this being asked knowing Eastwood is currently building in my area. If yes, what is the up charge for off site build?
