I'm hoping to be able to get this iPhone SE 2022 in the future. My budget is very tight, and I'm trying to save my extra allowance in order to buy this phone, because iPhones are very expensive in the Philippines. This would be my first iPhone if I ever buy one someday. Fingers crossed for those in my situation.
check backmarket - sell used versions - only iphones i buy
Thank you. A much needed review
I went from the iPhone 11 to this one and I love it! I charged for about 25 mins and got up to 56%! It still has the portrait mode feature and everything I need! I love the smaller size too and I just love having the home button.
hahahahhahahahah
Battery life sucks
Bad decisions
@@mosquito3796I mean I have the 14 pro max now but I don’t really care as long as I like what I’m using
@@xxiamlostxx_dreams_7916 I have a 14 pro max now don’t worry lmao
Watching this on SE2016 and still rocking on it 🤘
Thanks for the review
Thanks for the video guys i love this phone
Man I still like this phone. Evn though I'm a heavy user, I can have this one for work and family use and have a mid range android for gaming and multimedia consumption
That's what I do
@@WakeupDev. I want touch ID tho
Great information !
Ilike your website so easy
At 5:40 in the upper right corner some odd pair of small fireworks/rockets fly on a curved path.
The phone is very good. As long as you are ok with never turning on the phone because it dies if you try to do anything

This phone is for a certain demographic. It's certainly not for those that spend hours on social media and consuming media. This is a phone for people that don't care about phones but don't want to change it every couple of years.
It sounds like the perfect phone for me. I'm not a zombie that has to have my iphone in my hands and thumbs moving at a high rate of speed using texting as a means of communication. As for having to have the latest iphone, I don't do payments along with my monthly bill, that's down right stupid.
@@barbaraallen7164 sounds perfect for you. It will give you good service for years.
Why do you say that? Because iPhones have tiny bit bigger display? I have an essay to do everything you described and I’m perfectly content please speak for yourself next time and not everybody
@@RobbiePfunder oh dear, you sound salty. Sounds like buyers remorse to me 😆
Apple updated the SE and you updated you haircut lol nice review bro!!! Greetings!!
When you have leftover iphone 8 casing 🥴🥴
Watching this with my SE 2020, not a reason to upgrade but definitely a good phone when you are planning for an upgrade with a tight budget, I said good since you can do better with the iPhone 13 or even the 12 since the small battery life will really make things sour in the long run since you’ll be reaching for that charger quite often.
I checked an old video of gsma to see how Will looked like
Perfect handset for anyone outside of hungry power-users. Solid basics, reliable software, great camera, and good size for one-handed operation.
I wouldn't say perfect handset, it is only good as an entry level device into apple and for not breaking the bank. The sacrifices made to make the phone cheaper dimindiminish overall worth.
@@thetruesimplegrid I clearly said it's "perfect" for a SPECIFIC type of consumer. Did you not read beyond the first two words? The demographic I referred to was precisely the casual user and entry-level crowd.
The iPhone SE has not been a yearly release, the first one came out in 2016 and the second was 4 years later, so it doesn't really make sense to say they skipped a year.
I just replaced my iPhone 12 Pro with the new SE; honestly I am loving it. Buget could strech for a top 256GB model, and TouchID is as good as I remember it. Plus the status bar could display so much more information without the notch.
I was thinking of trading my iPhone 12 myself but want sure…I’m on the brink 😕
@@stuartconlon7492 don't do trade-in at Apple Stores; sell it on FB or other second hand websites and you should have more than enough to cover the new purchase.
What was your honest opinion about the battery? I'm not a gamer.
@@Haymaker72 if you don't play prolonged gaming sessions or watch tons of short videos then you should be fine. At 100% battery health on a day out, I normally find approx. 20% remains by the time I recharge at night. No problem either when I go back to the office without charger; although I have a relatively short commune (I would call myself an average user, mostly using smartphone to check emails, news, social media/instant messaging and some music on Bluetooth).
clown
It’s great as a spare foam, like say if you need a secondary cheap phone to go on holiday or vacation
For me, I've been a fan of Apple iPhone over the years but went in for Android due to its wacky os. My last iphone was 5S. But now that things have developed considerately, with the new iOS, I think I'll just get this as a sidekick to my a OnePlus. Best of both worlds.
What kind of operating system improvements do you mean?
@@JarnoSuni1 The best improvement iOS had in years is browser extenstions, finally, only for Safari though
The only thing you can say about this phone is the hardware which is a matter of preference. What’s important it’s a IPhone with the A15 chip and run the same IOS software as the IPhone 13 Pro Max . I like the pocket size and the pocket price lol .
Imagine having all that processing power yet having the battery die quickly as soon as you use the said power
Is it possible that some users use the phone infrequently, but need high processing power when they do?
Now I got iPhone 📱 SE 2022 from Europe, it’s pleasure for to use it
A really good phone🥳😍🤩 compact and great performance ❤
They could've done something about those chunky bezels, like maybe give it an iPhone Xr aesthetic at that price point a lot of other midrangers/budgets(at about $300-$500) offer oled tech with 120hz displays while this SE is still an IPS LCD with 60hz priced at a starting price of $650, what a rip off🤣
Pretty certain they'll move to the X or Xr chassis for the next one after the mainline's design refresh. I reckon they just felt it was too soon for that because the way they've been doing SE's is that they want to create a clear generational gap/separation between it and the mainline. The 13, while tweaked, still pretty much sports X's design language. Once the mainline looks distinctly different, only then will they use X/Xr to make it look dated.
@@BenyaminLorit mmmh fair enough
It's Apple, what did you expect? xD
It would cannibalise the market share of iPhone 13/mini if they have done that; it's a pure business decision more than anything.
They should but they won't,putting the latest apple chip into an iPhone X body becomes too good of a deal and apple don't like good deals
I like this phone for crowded places
There's not a lot of compact phones in the market and I personally like that this phone came out because it made me feel even better about my purchase of Asus Zenfone 8 last year lol
I'm actually considering to get either Asus Zenfone 8 or this Iphone SE. Despite the promotion vids that I've seen, hope you wouldn't mind to tell me your experience?
@@rie.n2422 Gets me through the day even during my days off when I use it more with at least 6 hours total screen-on time browsing websites, YT, some social media apps, occasional video call over WIFI, taking photos and recording short videos. I don't play games on it or record 4K videos so I don't have any issue with it getting hot or battery draining too soon (the 2021 flagship chipset is an overkill for me). Charging speed is around an hour. Front-facing camera is not so clear indoors without enough light. Stereo speaker is really loud and crisp when playing music, my second favorite thing about this phone (1st is its relatively compact size).
You should check out GSMArena's website for their reviews on both the Zenfone 8 and iPhone SE (2022) for more details (easier to compare the review sections that really matter to you). If you prefer video reviews like this, I suggest you look up Tech Spurt YT channel (he has reviewed both phones on his channel as well).
I got my Zenfone 8 (8+128gb) at around 35% discount 6 mos after it was released in my location, which made it the most affordable compact android phone at the time (significantly less than this 2022 SE 64gb introductory price, which isn't likely to get discounted in a year).
The Zenfone 9 should be coming out soon, if you're interested. If the Xiaomi 12X is available in your area, you might want to check that one out as well (has better battery endurance than Zenfone 8 per GSMArena standard testing method).
Definitely getting the next version that comes out...
Actually got the iphone 13
I wanted to buy this phone just because I liked the way it looked but the iPhone 13 was better so I ended up buying it as well
The iPhone is really great budget iPhone for people that are holding on to their iPhone 7
Working for smartphone Apple or Android it has good capability for making UA-cam videos as long as it is not 5G I don't want any 5G phone can you help recommend something I like the Samsung as it is partially impaired friendly and it's accessibility settings are great so do you think I would be better going for the iPhone se 2020 or maybe something else
I love my iphone se 2022.
Which game was played first in this video? I want to know it's name plz
good phone. if i didnt have se2020 i would've gone for this.
Ordered one yesterday my first iphone 😀
My first iphone tooo, laterr
Have u been liking it?
Bro should I order today?
I got the SE 2022 about a month ago and immediately noticed something about the screen. honestly, a month later, it's quite irritating but i don't what to call the problem. I'll explain: the screen/display is 'under' the bezel, like the old phones that weren't touch. the actual display or viewport extends horizontally what's looks to be about 2 millimeters. so, i noticed i lose a millimeter on both sides. and it seems to create functional problems with any interaction far right or left. on any other phone i've looked at, the display is always flush with the bezel. what is this called, why did they do this and why is no one talking about it?
I think I've noticed this too - had one for about a day (emergency replacement for a previous phone that got lost - though it's been returned now, so I could have gone without a new one!) and interacting with the edges seems more difficult, didn't know if that was just me?
Priced similarly with the S21 FE here in the Philippines. Its classic design isn't really an issue with me since I do prefer smartphones with bezels more than the full screen hype. However due to the useless battery, I've decided to opt for the Samsung last week. It's the smarter choice, the Exynos 2100 may not be as monstrous as the A15 Bionic chip but at least it's still a flagship chip that will also last well for the next years to come with the latest OS for 4 years and most especially, won't easily die on me in times of heavy usage and multitasking.
Wise choice. The iPhone SE is good in everything but battery life. It really isn't acceptable to anyone who actually uses their phone
@@franklingoodwin not everything, still lacking what most cheaper midrangers have already, a higher refresh rate and better display(amoled)
Excellent choice! S21FE is a pretty solid phone. Not nearly as value for money as S20FE 5G but still a great phone.
San mu na buy lods and hm? Thanks
s21 fe is more expensive than iphone se 2022. 128gb for the s21 fe is 38990 pesos while the 128gb iphone se 2022 is 31990. hardly similar.
Apple should have used the Xr body for its SE series.
Good review. Better if shows more pictures and details and not a guy talking.
This phone is great for people that can’t tolerate OLED screens and need an new phone. Some get massive migraines from OLEDs and can only use LCDs.
Yah LCD are good
This phone is perfect for those that aren't power users and not into gaming, those that are opting for digital detox, or minimal browsing, chatting and simple tasks.. i think this phone is perfect for me.😊
🍏
digital detox at a high price hahaha. Why not go for a cheap small android phone that will surely encourage you not to use it but still has the app support for times that you heed to check your email or do messenger stuff for communication?
@@hasume3670 there are no small android phones that are the same size as the se .
This outdated model is targeted for a niche market of people that does limited media consumption or those who has ipad as main device..or as a back up phone... Plus overpriced
Even spiderman now, with great chips comes great battery
Only just above 720p 🤯
Best college phone definitely worth it
This week I bought a customer return almost new iPhone SE 2020 for £229. It does a similarly good job as the iPhone SE 2022. I do not need 5G because it is unavailable in most of the places that I visit.
How many Sim can be use in SE 2022?
If this things into iPhone xr body it will be amazing at least
The battery life must be amazing
wow New hair cut look so handsome 😍.
If I had any sense, I would buy this and not the iPhone Pro. I used to buy iPod Touch all the time until the iPhone arrived in about 2007. Now I am tied to a money sink.
I have the same phone no complaints yet cheap affordable for under 600$ cud
i really like this iPhone and am planning to buy one, I don't game but i do use social media alot. someone tell me if i could use this for atleast 5hrs screen on time? I currently am using a budget Mi Redmi 8 but this has a KILLER 5000mah battery which i couldn't kill throughout the day, use kt for 6-7hrs and still be left with around 35-45% roughly
No I wouldn’t 5hr SOT tops, ok if you don’t game 7hrs
It should be come up with 8+ size
I'm thinking about getting this as my first iphone i want to change it up a bit but is 64 gb enough for this phone?
Depends on your usage (downloads, pics, vids etc)
No
Yes
what is the equivalent android chip to this? I game alot and my recontract option is limited and I want a small phone thats good
SD 8+!
I love my iPhone se
If anyone is OK with that display & battery, they definitely don't need A15 chip.
Wow paradoxically true ..
Or they’re looking to keep the phone for a good while and the chip is really important for that. I’m stuck between this and s21 fe and while the samsung phone looks waaay better, iphone is more reliable in terms of updates and os
Agree with the battery bit. But some consumers may specifically opt for the LCD screen because of the PWM issues on the OLED iPhones.
use the Dire Skiinn, please
@WhatsApp➕1②⓪⑨⑦⑧③⑨⑧①③ what inbox? Ur whatsapp?
How much is it?50$?
Let's not lie to ourselves, this phone is a bad deal
For some people yes,but not for everybody, especially older people.
Managed to get one for around 210 dollars I am happy with that and the fact it will easily fit inside my pocket.
I have an Iphone 13 but I agree that this model, especially on Europe, is the most overpriced crap of 2022
Its about 630$ to 650$
Its tooooo expensive
419 quid in UK for the 64gb
Not even mentioning the 64GB edition, for this price
€529 64gb🤡
"Budget iPhone"
Amazing that the design is about 5 years old but still called 'retro'. 🤔
bruh this video came out on my birthday
Happy belated birthday 🔥🎂

Sold without charger and powerbank: 62 hours battery test result is devastating 👎🔋
maybe revive iphone 5 next. make it shiny.
you look good on your new hair... ^_^
This design is better as it has no notch and has a fingerprint scanner lol
I'm rocking the 2nd generation SE
Apple still making money from left over scraps.
They’re not forcing you to buy it
lol latest and fastest processor and super compact device it's not good enough for you?

matt your brain left😂
@@ittingdagdag7319 🤣
What a shit phone lol😂
If you need a longer battery life then the case that you need for this is the apple smart battery case of iphone 7.
I just have one question
Why
Will is looking FIIIIIINE! Oh yeah, the review is great too
I prefer Ricky lol he's more my type
Stop thirsting 😄
@Joe Rogaine to be fair, everyone in GSMArena are looking fine
You down bad
720 ips lcd, big no
"Some might even call it outdated ". It is outdated!
Still stick with my iphone 8, waiting for something more .... advance
You know Apple release other phones, right?
0:30 got interesting fast
I love my old iPhone SE 2020, seems that this is barely an upgrade. For the price though, still the best phone on the market.
That's very subjective indeed
Okay
Will is looking 10 years younger
You Will slap
Apple is doing a great job of building a"new" phone out of production leftovers. Just upgrade a few parts that can be featured but keep the expenses down with toy size battery. A very small cost per unit and a large profit . A very smart business plan that will work with the large heard of rich Sheepeople !
Rich people are not buying this phone. But then neither are budget conscious people. The phone is reportedly flopping. Apple miscalculated on this one
$430 for better performance than the 1200+ S22 Ultra? I'm not if you're aware but the SE 2022 is cheaper than Samsung's A53
@@terribletimes902 that's because it's mainly for people who want an IPhone SE with 5G. And 5G is not a very strong selling point at this time, until carriers phase out 4G Networks.
still can't get it how fagdroids are not happy with their android spyware even through its their decision to went for crappy OS and cheap hardware.
must be the inability to have cash since i believe that no one would go for android if money are not a problem 😂
Nice 100e phone
Is Berlin in Russia?
Milky way for iSheeps 😂🐮🐮🥛 🥛
Hello to all Iphone SE users especially to those who have Whatsapp on their phones I just wanna ask some questions:
1. Are the pictures on Whatsapp from someone automatically saving on your gallery or camera roll?
2. What if your friend on Whatsapp has permanently unsent or has deleted the photos for everyone will those photos be deleted also on your camera roll or gallery?
Why does he have a new haircut? I do not use to see him like this 😅thooo nice new look and review 💪
@Joe Rogaine exactly
The poor sales tell all.
Better off getting a Samsung A52s 5g.
True, its so good. Im enjoying mine a lot so far, its probably the best all around phone ive had in my life. Even though i came from the s9+, its just so much better overall. If samsung keeps this up i might not get another high end phone ever again. Ip67 and stereo sound isnt a thing only for high ends to them
Well said
Better if there have iphone se pro and pro max hehe
Call it a dumb phone not smartphone
What’s the game he is playing ??
The first game
Apple fans knows no bounds, they will buy anything from Apple.
man,, i thought at least Apple also gonna upgrade the Screen.
but nooo,, more price and no charger.
Apple deliberately make it Dummy Product to artificially increase value of more expensive products.
❤️❤️❤️
If you want a little better iPhone, the 13 mini is great, unlike this prehistoric one.
