So, I graduate High school in about a week.
This playlist has honestly gotten me through a lot- lonely bus rides to a terrifying place, walks home during times when I wanted nothing more than to run away, or nights when I just wanted to be alone. But I also played it in good times, cleaning my room and picking myself up after dealing with a lot of depression, sharing it with my girlfriend after I got outed to my family, and we just sat and listened together while we held each other close.
This playlist is so so dear to my heart, thank you so much for making it. It has been with me in all of these turbulent times filled with teen angst and drama XD

I died as a young man in high-school from falling down the stairs of my house on the way to prom. I never went to the after life because I was never able to ask my crush to the dance. I watch over him every now at then, I hope he knows that someone out there loves him. Now I am able to enjoy the little things in life rather than the big picture of work, school, and always worrying about my future.

Honestly the title really hits hard, I've had episodes of depression and have pretty much constantly had suicidal thoughts since I was in 5th grade. I'm 19 about to be 20 now. i remember having a rough time in my first year of university. i had started during covid, in an unfamiliar place, far from home, and i couldnt meet anyone new. i did very little and struggled very much. this compilation didnt reassure me as such, but it was there next to me during those very lonely times. i havent listened to it in a while, but something drew me back. i have a lot of wonderful friends now! i love this now-familiar city, im writing my dissertation for my final year and planning what comes next :) isnt it strange what remains after all this time. isnt it strange what doesnt. wishing you all a peaceful year, every year

It's funny how I always come back for this video when im last minute writing my essays hahahah. As a procrastinator who can only start working once the stress levels rise up these tunes have helped me immensly with staying calm and concentrating on my work. I have a problem with paying attention and most songs or lofi playlists are too much and make me focus on them instead of my work but this is perfect. It calms down while staying in the back of my mind instead of playing at the front. Thank u for being literally my lifesafer
