You neglected to give us the torque specs and sequence for the valve cover bolts. I watched the whole video and you didn't give me exactly what I really needed. So thanks for nothing!!!!!
According to the Haynes Repair Manual: Working in a diagonal sequence from the center outwards, first tighten the cover bolts by hand only. Once all the bolts are hand-tight, go around once more in sequence, and tighten the bolts to 60 in-lbs. aka 5ft-lbs
Hola, cuanto de torque es el ajuste ?
When putting the solenoid seals in, make sure you put them in right, I did not and it blew the seal 👍 twice 😅
They went in right!
Car already had 3k miles on after the service and no leaks.
Me too😂😂😂
How long to wait till you run the car after changing the valve cover gasket
Can vary with climate, miles, idle time and oil change intervals.
When did Ford start making VWs??
In 2012 😆. Just making a video so I have more content. Don't worry I have 3 big VW videos coming out.
What are the torque specs for the valve cover?
84 in lbs
¹/2 in?? 😂 story of my life
Lol!
Would be OK if you were not using a fish-eye or 360 camera. Distorts the view.
There’s way better and more detailed instructions for this elsewhere
Good to know.
Thanks!
OMG!!! Pinche???🤣🤣🤣🤣
