Again I say: SISTA SOULJAH for PRESIDENT! This girl was an entire 40 years ahead of everybody. I applaud her decorum and dedication to the facts and the people.
Old white lady here and I just have to say, she is a bad ass and I love her! She released a new book this month and I can't wait to get it. She's an inspiration and one of the most intelligent voices and beings on the planet.
And the fact that he kept trying to cut her off was ridiculous. I kept thinking the whole time for him to shut up and let her finish what she was saying. But i know it was a tactic to prevent her from speaking the full and honest truth and reality he tries to ignore himself.
her voice speaks beyond the time, beautiful, wise, and is extremely well spoken! Very few of these gems seize to exist these days. I hope nothing only the best for her, health, and happiness
This almost brought tears to my eyes to see a sista like her verbally express the plights of black people I only wish I heard this a a teen but this message is still ringing true loud and clear wow sista you just invoked something in me what I feel but can't string the words together to express thanks you are a blessing for your people the last time I heard someone speak like you was dr Khalid Muhammad so impactful!!!
She's so awesome. I love how she conducts herself in interviews. We need more inspiring and articulate people of color like her speaking on African issues. Much love to you sister❤
Actually it holds more power now than ever. The establishment has refused to address these issues and have continuted to perpetuate this by not holding the law enforcement responsible, by not putting programs to both educate and uplift the black and brown people, by continuing to demonize and stereotype black and brown people, by not allocating the appropriate funds to help those communities despite the fact that we are one of the most purchasing communities that helps the economy and from where taxes are raised. They can't deny this things anymore, and with the advancement of technology we are more aware, more educated and more influential than ever. This is why they still want to divide us asking us to condemn when a black person does something wrong or something they dont particularly like. Divide and conquer is all they have left now.
They hate to see it. It’s absolutely asinine how little we’ve progressed in all of this time, but this woman, here, and the Black people like her makes be proud to be a Black African woman, no matter all the disgusting actions, pain, and strife that’s been inflicted on our people for centuries in America. Much love to you, Sister Souljah! You are one of the greatest to do it, and I am thankful for your impeccable teachings, and existence!
She killed it. She is defintaly a role model for black girls. I wish we had those type of role models now, because all we have now is kim khardasen niki minaj and some on. I wish we had black woman in the front center, who didn't have sexualize themselves, who didn't have to sellout and could be intelligent, business savy and be a rapper or artist to.
The first dude on the phone is definitely guilty like sista soulja mentioned. The ones who have a guilty conscience will question the truth and try to seem oblivious to and ignorant of it.
Apparently she was 28 here, but looks like she was 15-18 yrs old, i was like who is dis lil fearless knowledgeable girl. She wasn't even offended by some of d q's
#sista soulja 2020 for President.....Keep doing what you do best..This is the person Young women should look up to and not to be putting anyone down but not Nicki Minaj Cardi B Beyonce...This is a virtuous woman please don't stop
It is no surprise to me that Sister Souljah held it down with right knowledge wisdom and understanding what surprised me the most was Larry King was actually Fair and respectful to Sister Souljah
Dam I can't believe am just know finding out who this amazing woman is. Theses beast tried their hardest to destroy her with there Euro-Peon statements but terribly failed each time. Even Larry King bat shit ass. Dam it feels good to be conscious. But where is she now there's has to be some old heads out there that knows more about this women. Hearing here speak about our people is very uplifting.
+Black GOD You can do the same with a little love for our people and courage. The sister is only one person. She needs all of us to do our part so that our community can improve. Each one reach one.

Again I say: SISTA SOULJAH for PRESIDENT! This girl was an entire 40 years ahead of everybody. I applaud her decorum and dedication to the facts and the people.
It wasn't that she was ahead it's that sadly 40 years later we're still facing the same issues.
Old white lady here and I just have to say, she is a bad ass and I love her! She released a new book this month and I can't wait to get it. She's an inspiration and one of the most intelligent voices and beings on the planet.
@Rusty Shackleford Racism we eat you up and your nest generations to come.

So articulate and she actually answers every question she does not beat around the bush we need more sisters like this!!!
The most important thing I learned from this interview is how clueless some people are. I had no idea that Larry King was that ignorant.

Yes we are Africans.
The thing I respect about her is she is not a friend of the white feminists. She is not dividing BM and BW, like so many BW in the media
Apparently she was 28 here, but looks like she was 15-18 yrs old, i was like who is dis lil fearless knowledgeable girl. She wasn't even offended by some of d q's

I wonder if I told 1990 Sister Souljah that 2000s Sister Souljah would be writing black romance novels, if she would be okay with that?
