बताएंगी की amniotic fluid volume किनता ज़रूरी होता है baby का स्वस्त जाने के लिए
baby के तरफ का amniotic fluid कैसे measure किया जाता है?
(How do we measure the amniotic fluid round the baby?)
३rd trimester मै जब sonography की जाती है तो doctor पेट को ४ हिस्से
मै बाटाजाता है इसमे हरेक side पर जो vertical pouch उसको cm मै
measure किया जाता है और फिर सारे pockets को add किया जाता है
और फिर एक AFI दियस जाता है|
1:40 Amniotic fluid volume को normal, ज़्यादा या काम कब कहते है?
(How is the amniotic fluid volume assessed as normal, more or less? )
1.जब AFI ५ से २५ के बीच मैं रहता रहता है तो उसे normal कहा जाता है|
2.जब AFI ५ से कम हो तो उसको oligohydramnios कहा जाता है यानि की
baby के side की fluid मात्रा बहुत कम है|
3.जब AFI २५ से ज़्यादा होता है तो fluid की मात्रा काफी ज़्यादा होती है और
इसका मतलब है diabetes बढ़सकता है या baby मै abnormalities
होने की सम्भावना हो सकती है|
३ rd trimester के बाद हर हफ्ते तरल कम होता जाता है,देखा जाए तो पुरे pregnancy
मैं मात्रा करीब १० AFI होनी चाहिए और अगर यह ५ से ८ के बीच मै रहगया तो इसे
borderline oligohydramnios कहा जाता है और इसमे baby के साइड का fluid
कम है और baby के तरफ का blood flow भी कम होसकता है|

Yah abhee jokhim bhara nahin hai, lekin yadi agalee sonography mein fluid ka star kam ho jaata hai to yah jokhim bhara ho sakata hai. Behatar hoga ki jab bhee aavashyak ho, color dopler se sonography dvaara star kee nigaraanee karate rahen. High protine aahaar ke baare mein apane doctor se salaah len.
