I bought a 2021 Thor Tellaro 20k.... it's been in the shop for 4 months out of the 5 months I've owned it. I love the floorplan but Thor customer service and quality is horrible. Just one example- they switched the decals on the city water/water fill.... I mean seriously, the guy that applied decals had ONE job! The $25k lithium option needs a complete replacement, the bed broke the first time I used it, the Truma panel had no power, the propane didn't work (bad wire to regulator), I had two water leaks in the fittings, and no water pressure at the sink. I don't wish my Thor experience on anyone! But nice tour and maybe I just got a lemon and yours will be great.
That is terrifying. Here in Canada these vans are $180,000 now and the idea of buying something with such horrific quality for that price is mind boggling.
I love the look and floor plan of the 20K, especially the Sequence. Unfortunately I am seeing/reading alot of issues in a FB group on the Thor Sequence and Tellaro units which is creating a BIG concern for me! I don't know if it's quality issues or owner ignorance of RV system. After seeing your comment I'm thinking alot are quality issues. I don't believe it's just Thor. I think the Winnebago Travato has it's share of issues, too. So frustrating!
Four months later how do you feel about the bed, making it nightly and 'unmaking' it in the morning? How is sleeping on it? Is it very low to the floor? How is it to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom?
I drive a service van about that size for work. I’ve often thought about that type of coach just because I’m familiar with driving a van with a lot of weight. Nice to know that there is plenty of room.
Thanks for posting this .I Couldn't find much information about the reliable 200 amp hour lithiun battery system. it surprises me as it's in most of Thor's 2022 lineup as standard. I keep getting conflicting information from salesman and reps about how reliable or how good the 200 amp hour system is. I thought I would have to upgrade to 800 amp hours or more. It seems like you are doing just fine With the stock battery system. I will now pull the the trigger and buy the Tellaro For 30K less than similarly specked Winnebago as I prefer the windowed van chassy to to cut outs.
We just bought a 20L, and were dismayed to learn that Thor has quietly eliminated the "AutoStart" feature to recharge the Lithium Batteries. We live in Arizona, and being able to sleep through the night with AC was very important. Sadly this is not possible now that this feature has been eliminated, and the batteries can run the AC only about two hours before being depleted. This, coupled with the poor build quality, has us evaluating if we will ever do business with Thor again.
Dylan, very helpful info. Thanks. 1) does the key fob allow you to remotely start the engine? and remotely turn off the engine? 2) does the AC system have a Thermostat? or just on/off, low/high? 3) what gas mileage (mpg) are you getting under actual usage? Thanks
Thanks for your video. I just bought a 2023 Tellaro K and love it but can’t get the whole solar, inverter, lithium batteries, the two LED screens on the wall. My inverter shuts down every night, is that normal? And help me understand the LED screens on the wall PLEASE.
How much was it please? Are all if the things and electronic package standard or extra like lithium and solar? We are thinking of getting sequence with pop up since we have grandkids. Thks
Congrats I have tellaro 20at 2021 I didn’t go for lithium be used it’s another 20k and my poptop already cost me a xtra 15k and that was first year lithium was introduced not sure about how good the system really is.
Is that a furnace vent by the side table, near the couch? How does that setup work with a “tower of power” close to it? I always thought heat and electronics weren’t supposed to be close to each other?

I am also concerned about that. The Promaster has terrbile reviews for reliablity. It is also really ugly imo
Love! If this van had a pop up would be the coolest layout in the industry. Like a two-story apartment on wheels.
Sweet van Dylan & Leslie!! I like your thought process on picking the right size for you two.
I am so sorry I missed the premiere. The new RV is really nice!
I just bought one today!!! I appreciate all your videos!
Enjoy! Looks like a sweet ride!
Going to look this up now, extremely nice and versatile.

Where do the guitars go?

Looks really cool.

Awesome choice 👍
Had company over... Missed the premiere

That's what I was told too so I got the generator model
AND... Found out it has lithium batteries with the generator "IPO" in place of the alternator...

3) he says 17mpg highway is what he gets.

I almost miss living in a class c rv

So after a year or so with the van, what are your experiences with the quality issues that have been mentioned?

How much?
How much did it cost
hOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO DEWINTERIZE THE UNIT
Does Tellaro have a smart tv?
Does under hood gen have a auto start
Great good day my dear brother
Does this have a heater for winter camping?
Yes
@@DylanAndLeslie Thanks!
Didn’t see a microwave
It's underneath the stove top, across from the fridge... Hotpointe convection grill microwave
I wish Thor would service mine, under warrantee. They will. not service their own stuff. No one will. Been an eight month disaster
But it’s ugly!
Ugly? Have you seen some of the styles of vans out there? This one is more stylish than most, in my opinion.
