I have almost all TC plugins in an 19 rack. I love them. This one have its own caracther, It sounds dark meaning It adds some low frecuencies to the Signal but is very preccise, you can dial in increments of 0'1. I have tested it with other plugins like Kirchoff or Neutron EQ and this one sounds as good. I just love it.
Just to be honest outside of Auto Align this will allow me to mix 100 percent out of the box!! Super excited and the price? Wow!! Someone said more knobs.. Like why?? This is perfection
There aren't enough knobs... meaning you need to still press, press, press buttons and tilt your head back and forth from your DAW's monitor and the controller multiple times to see what you are doing... in the end mouse operations will be faster, and this thing will end up collecting dust very soon. Please TC make this 3 times bigger and with 4 times its knobs... and let this be a compressor too... sell it for x3 the price of a single module, and that's all we need... basically a Softube Console 1 with a smaller form factor and display created by a big manufacturer name
you don't need to look back and forth when using this actually. Just hit the buttons and turn the knobs, everything is on the little screen. Ultimately, you can't beat a mouse IMO but nice to take a break from that occassionally.
@@StudioLife101 I'm looking to use this as a hardware method of EQing my headphones. Would you still recommend it? I can't use windows equalizers unfortunately.
Used mine for two years now and it’s the only eq I use for anything remotely surgical. Love it.

tc electronics' proposal is interesting, they could review the entire line of products equivalent to this: compressors, limiters, etc.
I subbed for shits and giggles.

It comes from the Midas Legend 3000.
does this thing have a standalone mode? like would it work with a dawless setup? if so, id get one today.
No...it's a plugin with a controller...good idea though...👍
Brilliant review, thank you gents!
You're welcome. Plenty more to come. 👍
@@StudioLife101 Would be curious to know your thoughts on its companion, the TC DYN 3000-DT. There are almost no reviews out there on that one!
@@CSAndrewHenry It's great.... I think if you go to the tc electronic website, you can get a demo.(without the controller obviously) 👍

@@DrumAndSpaces Not entirely sure I understand….this is still a plug-in…the hardware bit is just a controller for the software.
Thanks guys!
