dog lakes the best!!! i have a friend that lives in Missanabie. go there every year.
You two remind me of me and my best friend. We traveled from Indiana to Ontario for years chasing walleye. It’s been about 18 years since we’ve been back. Life changes. BUT, we’ve booked a trip to Dog Lake in 2024 and cannot wait to get there. Love the video, keep up the great content.
The blue walleye are cool. I catch them in NW Ontario often. I live here so my weekends are like your vacation 😉
I went to Missanabie Woods Academy on that lake. I'm not sure if they are still around but it was very instrumental in shaping who I am today. Awesome video!
Very cool!
This looks gorgeous
Would love to go there
Added this lodge to my list, thanks.
Blue Walleye were Stocked in Northern Ontario lakes from Lake Ontario. They were common to the great lakes many years ago.
Love this video, been going to this lake for almost 30 years now. But we spend most out time in the Bay 57 area. You guys ever go to that side of the lake?
Yes!
You fish for any lakers on Dog lake?
big lakers! We catch ice fishing more than in summer.
Was this in the fall ?
