ROZA RECREATION SITE CAMPGROUND REVIEW | EASTERN WASHINGTON CAMPGROUND

We are out this week at Roza Recreation Site outside of Yakima, Washington doing our campground review. This place boast great views of the Yakima River valley with its interesting scenery at this BLM campground.
This campground is a solar lovers paradise with having access to solar , but would cater more to a tent camper or a truck over setup or a Van. all of this for 15$ a night (at time of filming 4/23).
The only real cons of the campground are no real privacy between sites and possible road/ train noise.
This is a good campground if you had water toys ( boats or ski doo's) as they have great access to get things in/ out of the water. Also boast a great day use area as well as more mellow river wading than the other 3 BLM campgrounds in the area.

Not a big place, but I'd do it. I still like to tent camp from time to time.

We love seeing niche camping places and for what it lacks in privacy , it gains in ability to drop water toys in/out of the river.

There are only a few here in Washington, but they are pretty nice for what you pay
