You messed up the timeline, Tomioka seems to have not met the Kamado siblings yet. Therefore, some of the hashira in this reaction have not yet become hashira yet. I believe that the hashira that would be appropriate for the timeline would be Tomioka, Gyomei, Tengen, Sanemi, Kanae (Shinobu's late sister), and possibly Rengoku or Shinjuro (Rengoku's father, although I'm not sure when he retired)
