- This horoscope is for the full moon in Capricorn, which happens on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at 6:17 a.m. ET.
We have recently started to realize that we need to go about our lives next in a way that is easier, quicker, shorter, simpler, more independent, and less committal.
As a result, we are now trying to decide to do that different approach EVEN MORE than we were before.
This is a very good thing. However, it is a bit difficult for us to do.
That is because our mind is racing with a lot of ideas and thoughts. It is also because we may be swayed by the opinions and thoughts of other people who disagree with us.
That may scatter our attention and focus. It may also tempt us down the wrong path, and alienate us from our true inner voice.
As a result, we may feel confused, overwhelmed, exhausted, and indecisive - like our original intention or idea was bad or wrong.
It may also cause a lot of frustration, arguments, or intense triggers and anxiety.
Unexpected news, thoughts, or conversations may also come up too, complicating the matter.
As a result, some of us may find the stress too much to handle and either not make any decision at all (and remain stuck) or re-vert back into habits that are long, drawn-out, slow, complex, and people-pleasing.
Those people may then feel unhappy, like nothing ever goes right in their life, or like they didn't do the right things for themselves.
However, another group of us may realize that this situation has gotten out of hand, put some strong boundaries in place with others, and assert themselves, their own interests, and this different approach to life (shorter, easier, quicker, independent, etc.) STRONGER than ever!
Those people too, however, will still be left feeling a bit upset, like they are now standing ALONE and ON A LIMB, with some negative attention headed their way - which can also be very triggering.
This can make either decision or action feel like a bad one, stuck between a rock and a hard place.
As a result, I recommend deciding the latter - deciding to stand up for yourselves and your best interest more strongly (and put your foot down). Not because it will be easy, but because that is what we are learning right now.
I also recommend that we put strong boundaries and structures in place with ourselves and others so that we don't get tempted backwards into indecision unwittingly.
I also recommend that we be aware that some deep inner-healing needs to take place over the course of the next weeks around standing up for ourselves - because standing up for ourselves DOES NOT MAKE US BAD PEOPLE (regardless of what other people say or what society tells us).

Thank you for the amount of energy you put into this. It IS a difficult full moon. I am a Cancer, and I feel subtle energies all the time, so I am usually feeling all the transits happening days before they peak. I am glad you put this reading up early, because I can feel all of this present in my life and going on in my subconscious. I love that you brought up that this can be playing out interally, because what I have been observing in myself is the need to cut off endless old habits of overthinking where my mind repeatedly throws up negative case scenarios, and this can sabotage my manifestations and relationships of all kinds (intimate, work, etc) in my 3D. I have been following you since 2020, and your videos have guided my through those years. Its been hell of a ride 😅. I can not thank you enough Brittany! Your videos are always spot on but this one was truly amazing! 2 weeks ago I decided not to accept the terms taking on an employment after graduating in june and instead decided to work for an other company paying me twice as much and with totally freedom on how I want to work from week to week. Standing up for myself, knowing my worth, not caring about everyone asking me why Im not working in the field I finally graduated. I want to live free and happy earing what I deserve, spending time with my family, prioritizing my health, not caged and with a bad salary just because its my "calling" as others see it.

One thing I will say though is that there are businesses that are aligned, there are people and companies in power that do give the holidays, pay well and honour the individual and that helps us not be overtly independant & under too much pressure. After 20 years of self employment as an Oracle Reader, i this year felt to work in an employed position again (for the right company) and the pressure release has been amazing. I dont feel it's black & white, its who we choose to work with/ for because we do need business long term. I am paid for a birthday, a happy day, generous annual leave & bank holidays (Spain). Also in Spain, businesses can give women up to five days a month for their menstrual cycle. Things are changing. It's good we let those things in and receive. Thank you for all of your love and support.

I want to comment on the "No relationships in my life,"" idea. Sometimes we form relationships but we don't THINK of them that way, and they can be unhealthy. If I need to save money but my go-to strategy for dinner is Ubereats - that may need to go. More to what you were saying, say I spend all my time binge watching shows on Netflix and in the end I realize my big projects never get done - it may be time to cancel that subscription and look to smaller, shorter entertainment methods. Or maybe it's time to look at a relationship with a substance like alcohol or smoking - is it serving me or serving something that needs to be healed through shadow work? It seems to me that a big part of your advice is that supportive and encouraging influences are crucial going forward.
Oh that’s a unique way of looking at it that I hadn’t considered! Time to let go of our unhealthy relationships to “things” that are stopping us from pursuing what is in our best interest. Good call!

This was such a fascinating video. I’m in therapy for Complex PTSD. I’m no contact with my parents.
Recently, I’ve been going through some scary health problems (Pluto in my 6th house) and my brother hasn’t checked how I am. I’ve poured my soul into him as a quasi-parent. Our parents were abusive and violent, and I’ve tried to give everything that they couldn’t. It hurts that, for the first time that I’ve needed my brother to give some care, he isn’t here for me.
At the same time, my therapist has disappeared! She also hasn’t checked on my health. It’s sent such a strong message that she doesn’t care for me… or only cares to the extent that I pay her to. 😢
You’re right that it’s triggering to have to potentially cut more people out of our lives, but it’s something that I’m considering… and, as the astrology applies to all of us, it must be something that they’re considering doing to me, too.

Hello! 6th House pluto transit must make you a virgo rising too? My 6th house starts at 1° aquarius with my sun there at 2°, and id be a virgo rising too. I can definitely share your feeling of the intensity of this transit. Most importantly, i empathise how emotionally draining and traumatising it can be to pour much love, devotion and commitment into your relationships only to not have your energy returned and reciprocated. I’m 11 years older than my brother and, from the day he was born, I’ve felt such a strong sense of love and protection for him. He doesn’t feel like a sibling to me, he feels like my child. I didn’t give to receive… I gave because I love him… but it’s making me so sad and anxious to realise that the person I thought would always be there, the last remnant of my family (because I’m no contact with our parents), isn’t actually there.
I think that Brittany would say that I have myself. I think she’s telling us that we have to be our own strength and support right now? It links to your comment about “self-love” and “self-protection.” I’m going to try - it’s almost like I have to be a parent to myself - but I can’t lie… I’m definitely scared to be this alone in the world. 😢

The important thing here is that you love yourself and refuse to abandon yourself! With these other people out of the way, you can pour all that love you were giving to them 100 percent into you! Care for yourself like you would your family member! Check in with yourself daily. Surprise yourself with fun treats. Do things you enjoy. You nailed it... Whew.. My 12H has Pluto, Venus, Mercury in Scoprio... My N Node is in Aries... Sun Libra... the list goes on why this sucks... I AM BEING AFFECTED :( :(
