Does Collector execute ignore shields just like Pyke ult does?
Ive never seen it before since its not too common to be under 5% hp and have a shield to then die to collector..
After the deep dive, what i get from this is:
It says post mitigation damage that would leave the target at below 5%hp
So it couldn't execute because the damage would first be mitigated by the 1000+ shield
I think the naut execute was yun'tal bleed tick plus collector, the bleed must happen under the shield
For me it makes sense using inspiration secondary tree instead, cause if the objective is to accelerates your power spike you can pick the new runes (one that refunds an amount of every legendary item cost and the other that gives you ability haste based on other item stats).
So you can run a build more diverse with both resistances, a boot other than ionian and still get a large amount of ability haste from the runes.
I personally am enjoing titanics into moonstone renewer with armor or mr boots depending on the enemy laner and deadmans plate or spirit visage depending on the enemy team average type of damage.
Hello Xpetu! When you talked about Pyke executing, you where right! Its not written in the ultimate directly, but when you hover over the executing effect of pykes ultimate like you do at 43:29 you can see that its ignoring all mitigations. So all shield included.
So your mind was not loosing you ;D

It could be that the damage was que'd before the shield was applied. through a red buff burn or something that applied an execute when naut was at the threshhold. so the game decided that naut would be executed regardless of other mitigations. maybe its a priority issue for shield?

as for the Nautilus being one shoted ... maybe its a "bug" that the shield wasn't applied due to Dravens Animation/Ult had already hit Nautilus hitbox, but didn't calculate the dmg at the exact moment your Ult hit and it took the dmg before appling your shield?
No its just collector, we just dont see it in action that much cuz its only 5%

I didnt really get the treasure hunter, though. You still will need to stack it and 50 gold for the first kill is still less value for shen than 6 ult ability haste from ultimate hunter first kill. You could maybe get some value out of it if youre rushing heartsteel, but i dont really think that 50 gold would matter that much. If you get really lucky and stack it all early, 450 gold is worse than 31 ult ability haste anyway.

Sorry I know Im a bit late on this one, but I think it was Draven executioner item who kills Nautilus there... not 100% sure but i think thats the reason, u should have ulted a bit earlier i think 😅

1st game bami's into thornmail into sunfire into randuin with tabi. Sure, you have to avoid taliyah like women avoid me but overall you provide antiheal vs draven sona viego warwick which is infitely better than raw hp. Titanic is... well, you don't have sunfire

yeah collector is so trash I does ignore shield, especially if u Ulti botlane and ur teammate has big chunk of shield and Cait ultis with "the collector" when ur teammates was close to 5% hp is soo stupid
Omae wa mou shindeiru : I think the LOL's spagetti code made Naut dead even if you ulti with Shen. At the moment the spell is casted even if you ulti with Shen the code made him dead, whatever the amount of sheild. If R-Shen on Naut befor Viego's R animation then it should proc the sheild... HATE VIEGO :3
Seeing those 2 first games during stream was painful to watch. Great performance by you but then Bot lane had to ruin everything multiple times. Big sadge.
