As Hikari begs for answers, asking No More Innocence why he did this, Innocence only replies with "You did this". Innocence's ultimate "punishment" for Hikari is trapping him within the television as he possesses the body of his daughter to search for another victim.
I don't think NMI possessed his daughter but he took the form of a human to look for more people to torture cause the shape of his form is more male then female
