Lovely to see you jo, your right about listening to your body and getting the rest you need. You gave us all a scare on Sunday, glad your back home. Love you beautiful ❤x
Hello Lovely Jo! You need to take care of your self!❤. It’s hard to admit you’re not up to doing something, but, better to take a break and rest than to keep going. My favorite thing is to be a layabout, so I would be fine with it! 😅😅❤
I am so proud of you Jo for listening to your body. It's so important to do so even though it's hard for you because you usually push yourself through it. My dear daughter-in-law was diagnosed with MS a couple of years ago. She had a terrible time with her meds initially but is now having injections every 6 months. It's agreeing with her and she likes that she doesn't have to worry about taking meds herself and keeping track of them. Don't be upset at how worried KaCee and your son were. They love you so much and want the best for you. If one of them was ill you would feel the same. Bye for now sweet lady. Get some rest. Loads of love!❤❤❤
Don’t worry yourself over things you cannot control Jo. Chronic illness robs us of those things we want to do right there and then but tomorrow is another day! As far as KaCee and your son, they love you so of course it frightened them. But remember they also want to take care of you so don’t beat yourself up over that. Listen to your body. You know what to do. Don’t let yourself be stoic when you know you need to slow down. We all have good and bad days. It was just your turn! ❤❤❤
Hi Jo,I've learnt since December after having a large op to listen to my body now ,not easy because I'm a independent women and always on the go but if I'm tired I stop and listen to my body. Please let your body rest even if it till monday . Please take care love xx
Hi jo you look a lot better than yesterday well last night getting into bed I twisted my knee so I took some morphine last night got up this morning to get some bra from asda that all I remember my husband kept saying you need to go home so I got some bra got back in the car and that the last thing I remember I don't remember getting out the car in my wheelchair and up my lift my husband came in and said you been here 6 hrs asleep so your not the only one jo get lot of rest jo xxx❤❤❤
It’s ok to not push yourself all the time. You’re not feeling well and it makes sense not to jump back in the car right after a bad spell. Much love and blessings! ❤🙏🏻🕊
Listening to our bodies is so important. Must admit I do struggle with frustration of not being able to do the do. I was once told, these sudden knock backs (whatever they might be) are the universe reminding us to slow down or look after ourselves a bit better. Maybe there’s a bit of truth in it 🤔 Take care lovely ❤

Hi Jo, nice to see you again. It seems to me that you are still recovering, even though you were only in hospital just over a day they’ve let you out to recover at home, not because you had recovered, that’s the important thing to remember. The fact that you got up and got ready and was going to go out shows you are getting better but you’d worn yourself out by doing so and needed a rest. My guess is that this is going to take some getting over, so keep doing what you are doing and listen to your body. Get up and dressed if you’re up to it and have a nap if you need one and you’ll be right as rain in a few weeks. Sending you lots of love from Sheffield xx
I’d live in my pjs if I could.he’s a amazing cook.he’s a guy didn’t get the grape thing 😂😂.I’m sure you’ll have the conversation with him.bed is also my favourite place 😂.you still need to rest Jo I love being at home chilling pjs binge watching stuff on tv my kinda heaven.he’s your baby no matter how old he is,infections are nasty.they knock you for 6.rest is the best thing lv.don’t push yourself too hard.sending hugs xxx
Thank you for explaining what you think happened and I’m glad you will be taking it easy. It sure must have been upsetting for your family. Take care. 💜
Nice to see you Jo and pleased you are trying to listen to what your body needs, I am like you and will always push on through sometimes to my detriment and unlike yourself I don't even have any health problems!!! so you are still a star ❤ Have just finished a shift on the rescue helicopter, had to ferry someone off the mountain and was SO cold🥶 have come home and lit the fire and might have a cheeky red to warm up You take care xxxx
Thank you for the vlog Jo. I have MS too and it can be a real pain in the ass when you have projects you want to complete and it just won't let you. I find it incredibly frustrating but we have to listen to our bodies. I lost the sight in one eye to it and struggle to walk because my right side of my body has been affected. Hopefully your ms team can keep a watch of you. How long do you think you've had MS? xx
I had been having numb feet and fingers for quite awhile, along with other things like the electric sensation going down your spine when you put your head forward, but I didn’t think much of it and then one morning in 1997 I woke up and I was blind in one eye because of optic neuritis Luckily I regained my sight eventually❤️
Thanks fof mentioning my comment about Kacee peeling you some grapes😂 Kacee is quite right - why would you peel 🍇? Take it easy, please be kind to yourself, rest and just be. Thanks for a lovely vlog Jo❤ Mary from Surrey
Sometimes our bodies are just BULLIES and laugh at all our plans!! They know they are going to win! So, the best thing to do is not let them get the better of you!! At the first signs of not feeling right, just do as you just said---stop what you're doing and have a rest!! Are you a big reader? I find that hours fly by when I'm reading. I also like crosswords and jigsaws---perfect when I'm feeling sedentary!!! 😑 I used to be on the go all the time.....never though I could enjoy just sitting and doing quiet things!! But---as the years went by---my body had a little 'chat' with me. We talked about 'limitations' and so on! LOLOL!! And now I'm a better listener!! 😁 So, I sympathize with you at having to put off things you want to do. I only just realized you had MS and that can really make you tire easily. So, take care of yourself and instead of counting sheep to fall asleep---count all the new friends you've made thanks to your new Vlog! 🖐♥ Lynn (and her furry sidekick, Georgy) xxx
Hi darling, try and rest for a while, I know its not easy and can be so frustrating, my husband has M.S and when he feels good he thinks his superman and can do anything and everything! This only makes things worse. Have a nice rest and carry on being spoilt darling 😘 love and hugs 🤗 xsuex
Great to see you, lovely Jo. If you don't mind me asking. do you suffer from a digestive disorder? I have Microscopic Colitis. While I am apparently in a remission, I've had a rough week so far with a lot of tummy pain as well as bad arthritic knees. Aside from work, I spend a lot of time resting. No shame in that. Always try to get extra rest. Be well, dear Jo.
Bless you ❤
Let your body rest Jo. Your a ⭐️. Sending love and best wishes ❤️ xx
