Ho - VERY windy, right Arwin? But such a beautiful place ... question please. If we take the bus from Dubrovnik to Kotor, would there be a stop near Dobrota? That way we could stay on the Bay instead of in the town of Kotor ...

It does go that way. You might have to ask the bus driver to stop there, it would be at the beginning of Dobrota, it doesn't go at the inner part.
