How he revealed all the 'Path' Keyframes so that he could select them easily is by clicking 'U'. 'U' reveals all keyframes being used! Hope this helps :)

At roughly 1:13 you are able to hide all the other layers with exception to all the path layers -- what did you toggle to show only those stacked up?

Press”U U” double time to reveal all the keys. And again U U to hide all the keys. If you want to show any particular layer then Just select that layer and press “U”. Overall just play around with the “U” you will get to know more.. I hope this helps you!
