Sir thank you for this video. I have a question
I have a Carrier 06E hot gas bypass valve compressor, can I replace it with a suction cut off valve head and plate and use it?

Im swapping the heads on a 06E. The old head had the electric selnoid but wouldn't fit the new head because of the selnoid plunger that goes in the top. So will the selnoid work properly without the piece you unscrewed

Thats great. You most likely are dealing with a Hot Gas Bypass unloading head on that model.
