Hi, I am importing video files with 2 audio tracks from OBS screen capturing software. Despite the format mkv, mp4, mov video have no sound (only image) or can't be imported. Vegas Pro 14 has no issue with those files and audio is present there. Why pinnacle doesn't import audio from my video files?

moi je suis passé de studio 14 a studio 21 et je n y comprends plus rien j ai bien importé mes vidéos mais après je ne trouve pas comment faire
avant je faisais glisser mes vidéos sur mon projet je pouvais les subdiviser les travailler ajouter de la musique des titres etc la rien je ne vois pas

Where's the Basic tutorial on what all the Icons on each panel do. Just seeing you do things don't help a person that needs to know what each Icon does and when & How it is used.

Gees does any software come with a manual anymore ? An Adobe Premiere PRO CC Specialist (with a very heavy Indian accent) told me go GOOGLE it on the internet it and hung up. Think that's why I'm saving $52/month and using FREE Davinci Resolve. Now if I can sust get the hang of NODES. Thanks Anthony but it was more of a rhetorical question. Stay Safe and EDIT by yourself in a dark room.

Hello - you can create GIFs directly in Pinnacle: ua-cam.com/video/yORm4uxUTzY/v-deo.html to use what you've created in PowerPoint - consider asking your question in the user forum to see if other users have advice. forums.pinnaclesys.com/forums/default.aspx
If you are totally new to editing and Pinnacle, this vid is only more confusing. Seriously, try following that curser if you don't know where it is supposed to be going.

Je donne des cours de vidéo sur Pinnacle ( nous sommes rendue à la version 18) et il se passe un problème sur certain PC. Quand ont veux descendre sur une une piste, une photo ou un texte ont à un mal fou à la positionner à l'emplacement voulus car les pistes bougent de haut en bas, comme si les pistes sautées.
Cela vient-il d'une mauvaise manipulation ?. Avez vous us connaissance de ce problème et comment faire pour y remédier.

Sorry. It's very hard to explain in a few lines. Read "help" by Pinnacle. I now use pinnacle 22, but it can be read from all variants
Very confusing. I have been using various Pinnacle versions over the past 10 years and I cannot follow it.
he keeps say you can do things here, and the mouse is nowhere near the point where he does these things, very confusing, I had to replay several times on the splitting because I thought there was something new on the timeline to click. then in the crop, resize rotate he says to do so here and mouse is in middle of the preview window because he did click sometime 10 seconds before. A little more effort would be better.
yes, these videos do a good job of explaining the process of how to accomplish the subject of the video... but it would be really helpful if the cursor was hilited so we could see how each step is initiated in the user interface.
No chance of starting at the beginning? This is no use for those of us who have downloaded the software but have no knowledge of how to launch it!
Launch it like you would any other software after it's installed...

Another thing why don'e you remove videos that are no longer relative so one doesn't have to hunt for things that are current.

I take the opportunity to congratulate the facilitator of this video tutorial! and in turn to present a reality of the Latin American continent, not everyone speaks, writes and reads the English language. It is important that the advertising department takes this observation as a point of continuous improvement and incorporates the Spanish audio in the tutorials since there are visual and other auditory clients, possibly increasing sales in the Latin American region if they incorporate this initiative.
Too fast and incomprehensible for beginners like me.
