always put the liquid over the rice and not the other way around. The liquid is supposed to just cover the rice that way you know that you are not using too much liquid
When you put that pinch of salt in your pot I just put my salt back in my cabinet bc I was convinced that you put enough salt for my pot as well. I panicked immediately lol. I reevaluated my whole life just now. Hilarious! Blessings

It would really be helpful if he had someone helping him with his videos. Maybe he could just throw out what he needs and that person could measure? Last thing, I make coconut rice too, but I cannot make it without sauteed ginger and garlic and fresh squeezed coconut milk....that there is the trick to flavourful rice.
