I don't get what's more broken. The fact that genocide cutter dealing more than 50 Fucking percent, low kicks dealing a lot more damage than normal or reappuken dealing a third of a health bar.
Nelson's TAS and Game Archive Pick Rugal? Nothing a dipswitch or hack can't do hehe. Bug fixes? So Rugal and the Brazil team aren't as broken as normal? Lol that's lame haha. I guess Rugal doesn't have his reppuken infinites against the wall haha.

In the orginal KOF 94, his Genocide Cutter did up to 90% damage

He didn't need a DM when his genocide cutter did 50% to 90% damage. He just foes more damage when his meter is full
