That is called ''TAS'' (Tool Assisted Speedrun). It uses save states + slow motion to have advantages. In fact this is not programmed, cuz the combos and moves are made by real human hands.

Well, game computer's graphics was already very advanced in 1996. We already had Virtua fighter 3 back then.

These SNK 2D Fighting games never stop to amazed me
The sprites of this game (size and animation) and the color palette looks better to me than any KOF game prior to XII and XIII
