Anyone who calls Taylor Swift the greatest song writer of her generation has obviously never heard this man! This man is incredible.
This is....a gift...priceless...just...a masterpiece ...the voice...this wonderful orchestra....just perfect.
Paolo Nutini is an orgininal singer and artist from Scotland. People keep comparing him to John Lennon or the Beatles, he is nothing like them, he is Paolo an original, a one off

@@briankermode8759 me too Brian, it's very rare a 16 track album is so good. Put together a Paolo play list of all his albums, stick it on shuffle and there is barely a dud, if any out of 53 tracks.

The new albums average over produced and no where near the level of the music he released before. You can tell a million miles away it’s basically a session band. His voice rarely connects with the 4000 different style approach he has taken on his new album. I like Paolo when he is Paolo not when he pretends to be Johnny cash or bob Dylan or whoever he fancies to write a song in the style of. The session bands sucked the soul from his music and made the bass player stop playing real bass licks. Don’t get me started on the drums!!!

I was lucky enough to see Paolo when he first started out in a bar in Nashville, TN. I drove hours to get there. He was once a shy artist and didn't like looking at the crowd. I was so into his voice and songs, I did not care at all. I was just in awe of the talent I was getting to witness. I actually got to meet him that night... he is SO nice! I am so proud and thankful that he is still putting out music. His voice is 1 of a kind! I hope he gets the accolades he certainly deserves in the US! We certainly need him

The vocal delivery, key changes, piano, even the bridge...it's all very John Lennon and it's quite a feast. I see so many vintage styles in his new record from Otis (Everywhere) to Fleetwood Mac (Children of the stars) to even Wallflowers (Desperation) and it's all absolutely fabulous...and in 2022, he is using real instruments. More power to you Paolo!

Every now and again you stumble a across a song that you never knew existed, My dad had a partner called Julie this song reminds me of her, she died due to drowning when her and my dad went on an overnight stay to Millport an Isle off of Largs Scotland my dad woke up in the morning looked out the window and there was her lifeless body under a tarp he knew right away it was her because of the police and it was a bust Saturdays id never seen my dad so upset since the day my mother died of cancer when I was nine he's a good man, he's been through a lot to say, life shines beauty and kills souls that were destined to be born in the same lifetime. This song though the concept and meaning of the song its fitting of you look at it from a different light.

I was lucky to see Paolo a few years ago in Cardiff. He is so gifted. So many different songs. It’s difficult to pick a favourite as every one is brilliant. If we have to wait a few years for another album , the wait will be worth it. 👏👏👏👏

Do whatever you can to see him on stage, it's pure magic. He sound crazy much better live I don't know how it's possible. He's really the greatest singer alive and on stage is pure gold. Forget about pricess, whatever it costs is worth it, believe me: it will be the best gig of your life.
