Awesome! We finally have a Second Form Imperfect Cell! Bandai has officially completed all the forms of Cell unless you count Shell Cell which would be cool if they made but will likely not happen. Either way I am happy with what we have and hope that we see more figures from the Cell Saga. Whether it is a new Bulma or updated versions of the Z Warriors or getting Super Saiyan 2 Gohan or a Masterlise PLUS of the Father-Son Kamehameha Scene.
I’m down for anything and everything new

I think the orange is supposed to come from 17’s scarf. What never made sense to me is the fish face lol.
Man i really woule like they had choose another cell 2nd art as base. For example when he fights vegeta. But is very rare to have a figure of cell 2nd form, so its ok
Likeness is a bit off. His face looks odd and he does look a bit cheap with no shading and the shiny plastic. He should also be towering over Perfect Cell. He's also much taller than Imperfect Cell. I'm noticing the pattern that Bandai definitely scales down massive characters for cost cutting measures. You'd think the last one prize would be a premium experience. Bring back Masterlise Extras lol
I don't think Cell's height changes all that much throughout his forms. He's always depicted as tall (around 7 Feet). Also - Masterlise Extra never left. They just haven't been using the naming for Dragon Ball for some reason.
@@MatchesPeaches When Android 16 grabs Perfect Cell from behind to self-destruct, he's much larger than Cell. When Android 16 punches Semi-Perfect Cell on his torso, Android 16 is noticeably smaller. When Cell reaches completion, Vegeta even says, "What a joke, he's even smaller than he was before."

I used to have it, but never reviewed it. I will review it in the future for sure!
This figure is stunning despite the lack of shading! What makes his face look a little odd is the black area above his nose, it should’ve been wider, shaping the eye rings.
And to whoever complains about the size, put it next to duel to the future Cell, even though he’s bowing his shoulders sit higher than perfect Cell.
Great review as always but I respectfully disagree on the 4/5. This figure is too unique.

@@MatchesPeaches not as perfect as Piccolo&Gohan and kid Gohan but I think it’s up there with Raditz and Vegeta on the set IMO
The tail is the best part.
I’ve always thought Semi Perfect Cell looked pretty darn cool actually so I’m with Toriyama on this one. Imperfect Cell was never a big fan of mine and Perfect Cell is cool of course, but this form always looked pretty cool to me. I’mm passing on this one but cool to see he’s out there now. I hope this means we get more movie bad guys now that we’re getting the main Z baddies out of the way.
Still got a lot of Majin Buu to get through haha

i have the other 2 Cells but i dunno about this one. looks kinda cheap & scrawny
It's much better in person. It's good, but not at the same level as the other three (Omnibus Ultra, Omnibus Super, and Duel to the Future). Definitely better than the LOP in Omnibus Great. Could have been better.
I highly recommend getting him to complete the set though.
Cell supposed to look ugly. And this figure is perfect.
