Pregnancy try pandravanga ethana nall pannanum sir
1. Camel pose
Relax in Child pose (opposite pose of previous pose - relaxes from above posture)
2. Cobra pose / Bhujangaasana
Relax in face forward - palms one on top of each other - under the forehead
3. Bridge pose / Sethu bandhasana
Relax by stretching legs
4. Fish pose / Matsyasana with hands under the butt
Relax by bringing head to normal position
5. Ujjayi breathing
