I think its really toxic thinking that your 20s are "your years". For many people, its not the case. Many people have their best years in their 30s, 40s, heck, even 50s and above...
Even more now, I think that for a generation and middle class like me, when you start working at your 20’s you have economic freedom, you can start doing things on your own like traveling, living by alone, and that makes you get to know yourself, feel more free and live life in a way you didn’t know

Janie darling, I couldn't agree more. I am almost 37 now and I never felt beautiful the way I do now. Even going through early signs of menopause already, having hormonal issues and not being so skinny as I used to be I love my body way more than I used to when I was a teenager or in my 20's and early 30's. Not to mention the maturity and the knowledge out of experience do deal with life in general and not taking bs from anyone no more. It sounds so cliche but it is so true. I will be even better in my 40's and 50's and so on, I see that, I vision that and know that. ❤
Once you pass 25. You're 26 for 4 years. Then you're 27 for a year. Then, 28 for two years. You skip 29 because it reminds everyone you're "turning 30," and you don't want people thinking about your age... You can only do this effectively in your twenties. Make sure you track your birth years and never do the math on your actual age... it ruins the delusion
