      Set your goal to keep lifting for as many years as you can. Focus on solid technique and steady progress. It’s a long game-don’t rush it!

    Hi Gabriel, for the sets of 6 in the back squat do you recommend to keep the quads always in tension? Not fully locking at the top of each rep.

    what is a good range for for sets and reps for speed in the front squat?
    been doing 8-12 sets with 2-3 reps for years, I was wondering if possible to get even faster

      I see, to do that you need more power. (Power = Strength x Speed)
      I will recommend to add some jumps / plyo exercises into your training or you can check out directly my power program :)
