This short training video outlines some of the attitudes, attributes and characteristics of good and bad leaders.
Behaviors modeled by successful leaders include ongoing hazard awareness, familiarity with safety information and regulations, including GHS, and SDS, and proper body mechanics.
Workplace safety is a journey, not a destination. Leaders put their egos aside and build on their success, using it to inspire others to promote a valued and effective safety culture.

I love these type of training videos, short, lots of detail, get to the point, keep people interested. great for my global HSE job
These videos are AMAZING, the message, the fluency and words they use are awesome. I congratulate you and thank you since I used them for my work as a HSE Officer, the only down side is that you talk to fast... I put subtitles on these videos myself to present them to the crew and it's haaaard to read them and to be able to keep up wit the video. I know they are meant to be viewed in English and all, but just as an advise, speak slower on some of these. Thanks a mill and congrats you guy are awesome!

Standing in front of a group of people proclaiming yourself a leader doesn’t make you one. The title of leader is bestowed upon you by the group, people that are willing to follow you and be inspired by your actions.
