    Hi Bro,
    Could you please let me know if we can take the ETF’s of Niftybees, NEXT50, MID150ETF at this point of High bullish market or can we wait for some time to consolidate…?
    Many Thanks 🙏🙏🙏🙏

    • @remoterish
      @remoterish  5 місяців тому +1

      It's hard to time the market and I certainly wouldn't do so..
      If you wait long enough, you will likely see both ups and downs.
      On the ups, you will feel they're too high.
      On the downs, you will feel they will go down more.
      Hence, the best thing is to just invest in batches so you can cover different price points.
      With index funds, this can be done via SIPs.
      In case of ETFs, it has to be done manually.

      A more likely scenario will be if a new ETF is launched that is better than this one..
      However, you should pick the one you're more comfortable with so you can stick to it.
      And then consistently invest in it.

    Is it good to diversify among fund houses for etf...like 2 fund houses for each nifty 50/next 50/mid 150? Or really needed to diversify?

    • @remoterish
      @remoterish  5 місяців тому +1

      Good question. I think it doesn't matter in the long term.
      However, if it makes you comfortable with your portfolio, I don't see the hard in doing that as well.
      Eventually, what's going to matter most is how long you're invested in the market.

    Awesome. thanks for sharing and telling ppl that etf is way forward.
    Couple of questions:
    1)Why no sensex etf? in nifty50, last 20 companies hardly has 5-7% weightage.
    2) Now we have small 250 index etf also? Planning to include?
    3) There is one index -nifty equal weight index? Is that good. I feel investing in top 50 companies equally a good option. But return is comparable.
    4) I was planning to invest in HNGSNGBEES from last 2-3 month but havent seen ppl talking abt it. I seen that in your portfolio. For long term it is good right? China ka bharosa nahi
    5) Everyone talking about Gold, silver oil, diamond.. no one talking about silver. how abt investing in silver etf for long term? say 10-15-20 years?
    6) Not investing in GSEC?

    • @remoterish
      @remoterish  5 місяців тому

      Thanks for the great questions.
      1)Why no sensex etf? in nifty50, last 20 companies hardly has 5-7% weightage.
      Good question because the heavyweights on NIFTY, have a stronger influence on NIFTY 50's performance.
      I personally have been investing in NIFTY 50 since the start and everything else is my portfolio is designed accordingly like my second investment in NEXT 50 and the proportions I maintain between these, etc
      I also mentioned in the video that someone can also pick a sensex ETF.
      But I wouldn't personally need to buy both.
      Ultimately, the choice is yours based on your investment goals and risk appetite.
      2) Now we have small 250 index etf also? Planning to include?
      No.
      For small cap, I use mutual funds.
      250 is a bigger universe and there are more actively managed small cap funds that beat the small cap index.
      Usually better to have a fund manager on the job when it comes to managing small caps.
      For large caps, index is better.
      3) There is one index -nifty equal weight index? Is that good. I feel investing in top 50 companies equally a good option. But return is comparable.
      I don't invest in equal weight funds.
      I don't think each company in the NIFTY 50 deserves the same love.
      Also, for a longer term (10+ years), it doesn't make it to the top 3.
      4) I was planning to invest in HNGSNGBEES from last 2-3 month but havent seen ppl talking abt it. I seen that in your portfolio. For long term it is good right? China ka bharosa nahi
      I don't think I made a good investment in China.
      I want to get out of it slowly..
      It did save my portfolio a bit down the lockdowns in India but I don't want to be invested in China for long term.
      5) Everyone talking about Gold, silver oil, diamond.. no one talking about silver. how abt investing in silver etf for long term? say 10-15-20 years?
      Yes, I do have a Silver ETF.
      Unlike Gold, Silver actually has industrial use so it should be a good investment. My total of GOLD+SILVER is 10% of the total portfolio.
      6) Not investing in GSEC?
      Yes, through another platform. Not huge amounts. I'm mostly on equity.

      @@remoterish Small follow up. Why so less weightage to gold and silver?? Overall trend in gold is that central banks all over the world are buying gold gradually. They give downside target and keep buying :). In case of any geopolitical issues, gold soar like rocket and equity easily erases gain of previous 1-2 years gains. Also from past few years gold is easily giving 10%+ returns plus acts as hedge. So, weightage should go up, personally I am planning upto 30% .
