I got one of the worst migranes today that I've ever experienced. It came on slowly, then it ramped up fast. I got really nauseous and was rithing in pain. I searched; "sound healing session" and found you. I took something for my headache and thanks to you, I didn't throw up or hit my head for relief while waiting for the medication to kick in. These sounds and vibrations helped my brain sort through the pain. I cant thank you enough.. thank you for the relief. What you do, you do with love and beautiful intentions. You make a difference in the world that stretches far. Bless you always.

I like the sound but theres a lot of room noise caused by a microphone too open. You'd ideally have an external stereo mic on the camera. Rode makes a nice one. It looks like a ball. Much cheaper than any of these bowls at about 600.00, I think.
