It's the same when people shower daily, they are stripping their bodies of natural defences and oils. Hence more infections and illnesses. Every other day is often enough.

It can, but not always. I have PCOS and hormone and thyroid issues, I have more facial hair than my brother! I’ve been saving for a few years and even with super sensitive skin, I don’t have issues, as long as I use proper prep and aftercare, and make sure I’ve got good quality razors/blades, and sanitation. I have severe eczema too, so I stop/delay when it flares, but even then shaving doesn’t cause it to flare.
Due to modern hygiene and other body/beauty/skincare products we no longer need as much hair as we have, since we already do its job for it. That being said if you shave improperly or have sensitive skin it’s a bad idea, but it’s not really worse than shaving your legs or anything like that.

Those little thin hairs are "vellus" hairs, they're used by the body for thermal regulation, and to dissipate sweat. If you do breakout, it may not be because of dry shampoo, but pores getting flooded with sweat that isn't able to evaporate like normal 😅
Not really. Men shave, woman shave. The problems of acne mostly come from when you reuse razors for too long without washing them. I'm from South Alabama, I shave my face. Never have pimples and I also sweat a lot. I change my razor blades regularly.

Okay, there's no NEED to shave the face, but here's a couple reasons why someone would: makeup application is FLAWLESS, it helps lotions and moisturizers absorb into the skin better, and provides a glowy complexion. However, I wouldn't recommend it for people with darker hair because the fuzz that will grow back can be dark since it hasn't been exposed to sunlight yet. It can cause acne for some people, but for others, having a proper yet basic daily skincare routine can be enough to prevent breakouts. It's mostly personal preference

We are mammals. We have hair everywhere. Ours is just too fine (in most cases) to see. It helps protect our skin and is part of our skins biome. Shaving it will make it darker! It's why women used to bleach their upper lips. Leave it alone. or you will be dealing with horrible breakouts and even infection as your skin struggles to protect itself from all of the contaminates that hair normally stops.
As a professional I would like to say something please 🙏 using dry shampoo or product that is already dry and then using facial hair removing blade is horrible for skin it can easily cut your skin and damage on like scratches please never use blade on your skin when it's dry

If you dont have issues on your skin, my suggestion is to not fuzz on it too much. Once we destroy the skin barrier, it's not easy to repair it back. I dont even wash my face with cleanser in the morning nowadays. Just use water.

Try twisting the cap of the hair identifying spray bottle. Sometimes that works. But yeah, agree with another person who posted here in regards to not shaving our faces. If you want your face smooth, have it waxed. It grows back softer and even less hair than before. Eventually it stops growing back at all. (I’m an esthetician) maybe consider a dermaplane or getting waxed? This just doesn’t seem like a good idea due to the risk of breakouts and/or irritations and rashy skin. Just a thought 💭
I use soap and water for my skin. Shampoo and conditioner, in a shower, with as little extra whatever chemical advertising in it as possible. I wash gently, simply. Drink water, get sleep. I've got simple somewhat wavy hair, so I'm able to have a simple hair routine (sometimes you DO need more products). You really don't need a lot, or don't need crazy shit, to keep things healthy (ofc there are mental and physical things that change what one must do for themselves. I have some, but yknow, anyways).
For those here talking about how bad this is, I have hyper sensitive skin. I can't use traditional exfoliants, and the peach fuzz on my face bothers me. This exfoliates my skin WITHOUT causing irritation and gets rid of the peach fuzz. If it works for you, go to it.
Define “bothers me”. You mean you don’t like the way it looks? Or the way it feels? I also have extremely sensitive skin- peach fuzz don’t look good but I would rather peach fuzz than a week of red, raw, mincemeat, burning skin. Choose your battles, looks come and go - skin is forever.

Be careful though ladies apparently the hair on your face is going to grow more because it's like shaving & not just removing the top layer of your skin. A beautician that I go to for facials told me this. She said this is the reason why she does not do it or advertise it in her beauty salon. All the best.xx
It really does depend on yr skin type, for some peeps (like me) it helps, while others... hm but you gotta learn about yr skin type and all that... My derm recommended this to me and my skin is sooo much happier but to everyone reading this PEACH FUZZ AND ALL HAIR IS NORMAL, don't feel insecure because you have hair, love you all

Okay, there's no NEED to shave the face, but here's a couple reasons why someone would: makeup application is FLAWLESS, it helps lotions and moisturizers absorb into the skin better, and provides a glowy complexion. However, I wouldn't recommend it for people with darker hair because the fuzz that will grow back can be dark since it hasn't been exposed to sunlight yet. It can cause acne for some people, but for others, having a proper yet basic daily skincare routine can be enough to prevent breakouts. It's mostly personal preference

Shaving, or not shaving, doesn't directly impact your hygiene. Being "clean" isn't about how much hair you have, it's about how you care for your body. Regular bathing and washing will keep you clean whether you have body hair or not. Mammals have hair for warmth, we don't need to use it that way anymore 😂

We are mammals. We have hair everywhere. Ours is just too fine (in most cases) to see. It helps protect our skin and is part of our skins biome. Shaving it will make it darker! It's why women used to bleach their upper lips. Leave it alone. or you will be dealing with horrible breakouts and even infection as your skin struggles to protect itself from all of the contaminates that hair normally stops.

If you dont have issues on your skin, my suggestion is to not fuzz on it too much. Once we destroy the skin barrier, it's not easy to repair it back. I dont even wash my face with cleanser in the morning nowadays. Just use water.
Yup I only cleanse at night - mainly to remove makeup from work. Twice a day turns me into an oil slick that is guaranteed to make me break out

But yeah, agree with another person who posted here in regards to not shaving our faces. If you want your face smooth, have it waxed. It grows back softer and even less hair than before. Eventually it stops growing back at all. (I’m an esthetician) maybe consider a dermaplane or getting waxed? This just doesn’t seem like a good idea due to the risk of breakouts and/or irritations and rashy skin. Just a thought 💭

I use soap and water for my skin. Shampoo and conditioner, in a shower, with as little extra whatever chemical advertising in it as possible. I wash gently, simply. Drink water, get sleep. I've got simple somewhat wavy hair, so I'm able to have a simple hair routine (sometimes you DO need more products).
You really don't need a lot, or don't need crazy shit, to keep things healthy (ofc there are mental and physical things that change what one must do for themselves. I have some, but yknow, anyways).

For those here talking about how bad this is, I have hyper sensitive skin. I can't use traditional exfoliants, and the peach fuzz on my face bothers me. This exfoliates my skin WITHOUT causing irritation and gets rid of the peach fuzz. If it works for you, go to it.

For those wondering, it highly depends on your skin type. If your face is prone to pimples, that means you have oily skin and it may help you to do this. But I'm no derma doctor, i just have sensitive skin 👍🏻
