Yes, confirmed. Google showing your Full Legal name and full address even your application is free but contain ads(Google only notify they will show only country / region but full only for paid and app purchase use). This week, I already got bad experience , i got a threat from some people and all bad friends knew what I am doing and where I am living. Indie Developer's Life by using Google is very difficult and risky for now. Consider moving to other play store or other platform like Huawei or some others. Sharing real information and verified only with Google is really fine. But share with all others is really risky for my daily life and working as part time hobbyist Indie developer.

Well, That's it for me. Google wants to put my personal address made FULLY public. First Apple wants too much a year, and now Google. I see that as a personal security issue, I don't want people who use my apps know exactly where I live. That's it, no more coding for me :(

Same here. Did you solve the issue? My account was restricted and all my apps were removed from Google Play. They don’t provide any info, what was wrong or which document should be re-uploaded. The funny part is there is no section to re-upload my documents on the Play Console and they don’t want us to attach the documents directly in mails. So I’m stuck. I don’t know how to proceed and they send 1 email per day which contains some links which doesnt related my problem. I’m trying to activate my 6 years old business account by the way. Any help would be appreciated

@@winwinsolutions4097 if a full address is being shown then google are being deceptive. When I pressed Google support to supply the specific terms and documents to show clearly that this information would be displayed, they were unable to provide it.

I was told by google support that this was not the case, and when I pressed them to provide the terms and conditions which state this information must be displayed publicly, they were unable to provide it. This would be a GDPR issue in Europe.
We have a DUNS number, we submitted an IRS document with our EIN and I submitted my drivers license photo. We were rejected and our account was removed from Google Play along with our app. At this point I am considering abandoning the Android platform.

With this changes, at least for me it's time to leave the google play store. This is so bad for small developers, they are exposing our full address to the internet... Too much risk for us.
