I will forever be grateful for the day I met Roy Eugene Davis! It is hard to find a yoga teacher who can explain the yoga sutras with such clarity, such simplicity, and such practicality, at least for english speakers.
I wasn't blessed with meeting Mr. Davis but I feel blessed to know of him and find his simplicity in manner, speech, and surroundings helpful to spiritual growth.
