I had to watch the video without audio, the voice is so annoying. The amount of times she says “and”, the fake voice sound and the little she knows about what she is talking. Won’t consider working with this agency for sure.
It gets on my nerves when the real estate agent keeps telling me how much he or she loves the appartement. Then he or she should buy it. I don`t care if a real estate agent likes the appartement or not. I as the buyer have to like it. I just want him or her to show it to me and keep his feelings to him or herself.
Beautiful apartment but the host is not great at selling this level. Square footage ? Ignored the kitchen block off door. Maybe it’s just the American accent that turns me off.
I agree... it's a terrible review of a property. It's a 5 bed apartment and she only shows 3 rooms. The 2nd guest room she didn't even show the en-suite pffff 1. You don't start a tour at the balcony, you start at the front door 2. Show a FLOOR PLAN ffs 3. Show ALL the bedrooms 4. Show the amenities of the complex etc etc etc If you need training then go to Enes Yilmazer's channel with 2.87M subs or Toby Corban, they are some of the best luxury property reviewers and get some tips
She’s very much so a turn off. Not well trained at all. It was nauseating listening to her talk. I had to turn the volume off in order to watch the video in it’s entirety. Otherwise I would’ve not made it until the end. Many Blessings!

As a lot of people who "works" on showing homes, they are not professionals at all. Just come here, walk strange (like if they were on a model show) and say what we all see. "Here the room, here the view, here the kitchen..., and of course, marble, marble, marble". I can see it. Well it can be porcelanic instead of marble, but who cares! They never talk about materials (windows, insulation, floors, worktops...), efficiency, chauffage, air con., schools nearby, sqm, orientation...
I didn't like the interior. It looked like it came all out of them brochure as for the job lot of marble looks awful locations is good no mention about parking. I guess the person who would buy it would just rip everything out and start again with a really good designer.
Monaco is the only place in the world, you can stretch in the morning and touch at the same time with your hands, kitchen, living, bathroom and your neighbor, in a 25 million Euro apartment.
This property itself is so beautiful including its location and the view. (and the used mats and colours are also perfect). (and lastly : was hard to concentrate to the property itself caused by the presenter young lady). Ty for this video (saved as a preference cause planning to settle down there or in France - cause my business will start soon in Nizza)
