I'm eight years old watching this again.
This type of slapstick comedy, is 20 years, past due. By the 60's, comedy had changed.
Good memories as child.
I guess I was a year old I never heard of it.I think I found it going thru old shows. It:s hard not thinking of About and Costello.
"Mack and Myer" screened on TV in Sydney, Australia in the mid-1960s. As a young kid, I loved it! Thanks for the memories.
I recall Mack and Myer on Saturday Morning Tv, i just caught the ending titles remember the motorcycle with the sidecar. I think it was before the Hey Hey its Saturday show, well at least thats my association of both shows. i didnt know the title to years later.
I've heard of this series over the years but
this is the first time to actually see it....
that's Michael Constantine playing the cop.
WPIX-TV in New York scheduled "MACK AND MYER" on their weekday schedule for years in the 1960's.
New TVs didn't look like that in 1963...
Not all of the 200+ eleven minute episodes were filmed before the series was syndicated in the fall of 1963. I'm sure the last of them were finished by early 1964.
Who said it was a *new* one?
wiki says 100 plus episodes. Is there a list of 202 episodes?
Not that I know of.
