I find it so dumb that in these games after you perform an attack on an enemy that clearly shows them completely destroyed, they go ahead and show the enemy completely intact again and then explode. It's so stupid.

Nope, he gets Great Mazinger, Tetsuya pilots Mazinkaiser. At least that's what i did. The player can swap the pilots at will.
