Open google in mobile then search your network driver for your laptop model download it and transfer it to your laptop and install it...or If your have new laptop not crossed 1 year then you can exchange it very easily

You can try by downloading network driver for your Lenovo laptop from other running laptop or from your mobile and install in your laptop try it
