I loved all the suggestions!! For several years, I took lessons in something (bookbinding, chocolate making, watercolours, etc.) during the months before Christmas, and then I made gifts for all of them using those learned skills. And my friends loved it!!! Because when I told them hey! I'm learning this and they immediately said oh, so we can guess our Christmas presents 😝
Houseplants, books, jigsaw puzzles, candle snuffer, canvas tote bag, pair of gloves, coin purse, a really nice pair of socks, good pen, fancy soap, cute heating pad, marble coasters….just ideas…you had so many good suggestions!
This was the best gift guide video I’ve seen this year!! All of the other ones are so basic with such expensive gift ideas and so many influencers have the exact same things in their videos. This one was unique and gave me so many ideas!! Thank you!!
I've personally enjoyed the Conqueror Walking challenges - I've even done them with family members who live elsewhere and it was such a fun way to 'walk' together through some very cool places. Awesome gift idea!
Can I just say, that I have watched a lot of gift guides so far this year. I have come across ones that just have a lot of really expensive items and even videos where they say they are doing more affordable and diverse gift ideas, they really aren’t that many different ideas. This is the first gift guide that I’ve actually saved multiple ideas for myself and for others that I think would be really good gifts for people. I wanna say that I really appreciate how diverse the gifts are and that you really do have gifts of all different price ranges.
For secret santa I gave frozen cookie dough from Craigs Cookies, lots of other cookie places have frozen dough too, Sweet Flour, Felix and Norton. A package of 12 cookies is usually around $16. Fun additions are a cookie sheet ( I found a pink one at Winners) , tea towel OR there are seriously cute and colourful parchment paper designs at OOMOMO that are all around $2.95.
I love all these creative gift ideas! The mug basket is such a thoughtful concept, and I can't wait to try putting one together for my friends. Also, the colored e-reader sounds like an amazing upgrade for book lovers! Thanks for the inspiration! 🎁📚✨
I love that you referenced Etsy so much. I had the privilege of getting custom portraits drawn up of my brother and sister-in-laws pugs but as if they were wizards. I found an artist on Etsy that I was drawn to her work. Sent her a few good pics of each of the pug bros and I’m not kidding… by the next night, both portraits were compleat. She drew them with colored pencils, as well. This isn’t digital art. I mean, in my opinion, that’s really unique. The recipients will LOVE the pictures. (I send them cute frames to display the portraits). It wasn’t any less convenient than putting more money into a billionaires bank account and it’s a one-of-a-kind custom gift for $30 each.
I love the coffee table book ideas, there's also a book on how to rebuild civilization which I'd also like to recommend! anddd also burga has drinkware with designs and patterns
This was actually so helpful. I’ve got some relatives coming for Christmas this year that I don’t know super well, and several of these would work great for them.
Some other gift suggestions is Ankers portable charger that connects directly into your phone and a cookbook or baking book especially if they have a favourite chef or bake or cuisine
Another good idea for the reader in your life (especially if they like physical books) is to get them a padded book sleeve so the pages of their books don't get bent on the go. Another thing I'm doing for my in laws this year is replacing their worn out hot pads and dish towels.
She says “Hobbry” but it looks like they’re kind of hard to find. I only managed to get the name by googling one of the titles she mentions, Manifesting Magic. They have an Instagram page and website. I didn’t see any products directly available through the website. I didn’t spend long on their Instagram so maybe more info there.
