Amazing review Marc. I have known Asgar for years and got one of his Black Edition bats when he first started making bats. He is one of the best when it comes to bat repairs and knocking.

Trick looking unit this one Marc. Attention to detail and looks very good quality. Maybe the trend of 40mm edges is dying down... this one and a few others I've seen are around the 34-35mm range. There's a spot on the video where one of his bats has scalloping towards the toe and an huge swell in the middle.. that caught my eye 👁. Might have to jump on the waiting list for a custom myself... Great review as always mate. Hope you're all well.

Very cool as mentioned to see a bat made in the US & such a nice bat as well. ..I quite like the Batman theme too as it's not your typical cricket brand theming.
Have to agree Michael it's good to see something that is fresh. Now to see Batman clobber a crim with one in the next movie will be even better

yeah nice!! Love the look of this, unashamed Batman fan so something like this has instant appeal. Will look more into these, hopefully shipping is not 50% of the price of the bat though..
Depends where you are i guess. He shipped it Fedex to me and he assumed it was the same price return with them. Fedex want $500+ to send it back lol so it went Aussie Post express and ended up about $80 and arrived in good time. Talk to him.
Great video. Asgar is the finest craftsman of bats in Chicago. Straight forward guy and believes in quality and great customer service!

Great review as usual! Thank you for the amazing content. I have used Batman Chicago for handle replacement on old GM bat which I thought I was done. Handle quality, thickness, oval shape and his workmanship was amazing including the toe binding. Bat is still going strong.

Sire this bat has been concaved from the shoulder edges and yes it is.

Is the pressing on batmanchicago bats similar to Aldred and/or Laver&Wood?
Didn’t feel like a fresh Laver which is normally pre knocked and way harder as a result. Been ages since I reviewed a Aldred. I didn’t actually think it felt like anything specifically. Id describe it as a medium press not hard like a GM. I had to send it back so it got reviewed and packed up immediately for the voyage home. Im sure Asgar would just knock the toe area and get a bit more hardness around the face to make it sing/ping harder. Edges were we’ll boned already.
