I sit in my childhood room, staring at the fan rotate in medium speed, and wonder, “what happens when you die? Is it just a never ending void? Do you have to relive your life forever and ever? Is there even an afterlife at all?” It’s times like this, when I think about these things, that I realise life should be lived to the fullest. Don’t have any regrets, anything you wish you could’ve done. This song makes me feel so sad, yet so optimistic. Brings me back to when I played Super Mario Galaxy for the first time in my Nintendo Wii all those years ago. Every second I listen to this song feels like a million years, yet feels like mere seconds at the same time. Nintendo may have given up on the Wii family of systems, but we will never. Godspeed, late 2000s Nintendo. You will be missed.
Hi there, I am the main channel and I own game sound lib. I just figured out your comment and it makes me feel so… so something. Cannot describe. But I will admit that this music is the only music ever to make me cry. Thanks for your comment. Greetings from France❤
I know there's a afterlife. If your ever worried, there's always church. I used to think the same things, but through the miracles I've seen and heard, I'm no longer scared. Life has color and the trees never looked more beautiful. I know these comments get a lot of hate, but my life has purpose thanks to the church. Might as well try to show others that life has meaning as well. It's all here for a reason. Something doesn't come from nothing.
This has got to be one of the most beautiful renditions of this song ive ever heard. Its slowed down vibe makes it more melancholic and yet at the same time, the aspect of nostalgia, it makes me imagine waking up in a green grassy field with the sun partially set. Lavender-magenta colored skies and complete peace, as if you were waking up on your last day alive, being able to take in everything youve accomplished in life.
this Is beautiful, currently laying In the forest stargazing to this on replay and going deeper Into my cosmology studies.. the subtle memories of this series truly does bring a mystical essence to the moment, truly appreciate the upload ♡
When I was a kid, some levels were too hard for me, but the story and emotional things were a piece of cake. Now, levels are a piece of cake. But that emotional story is too hard for me.
Every time i hear this, it damn near makes me cry. Super Mario Gakaxy was the first game i ever beat and 100 percent completed. Nit inm6 did it cement my love fir mario, but fir video games as a whole. And 16 years later, it's still my favorite game of all time. I hope Nintendo goes back to the galaxy games one day to give us a strong trilogy
