Beautiful story - enjoyed listening. Congratulations to Capt. Seini. She is a great role model for women everywhere! My heart went out to her when she mentioned about her Dad. Sometimes the winds of change can gust pretty strongly. But it sounds like for her they are going in the right direction. Her Dad would be proud of her. I assume you put the best captains on the job regardless what gender.
With the comment that you feel like you are "progressing" makes me feel like it is a political reason you gave her the captain position rather than putting the best captain on the job regardless what gender.
Also, for all the other captains that do a great job, how many special videos did you made for them?
