I live in a small city manglaore which is in south of Karnataka here seasoned architects charge 10% for interiors but yes for architectural projects they take 5% while civil engineers charge 3.5 to 4%

Sir 732 sq.feet plot ka ground floor plan banane ke Rs.2000 liye engineer ne and detailed design banane ke Rs.20,000 bol rhe he jisme wo doors,windows,sanitary line, electrical lines,etc ke bare me detailed design banake denge. Kya Rs.20,000 sahi charges he ya zada he?
20,000 Charge sahi h per aap site visit bhi include krvalo. kyuki execution k samay site supervision bahut jaruri h.
