Very very thankful to you Pastor Hershael, for your insightful wisdom and personal revelations from all your precious decades of living in our Good Lord. Hallelujah. Thank you do much for teaching me how to walk as a true Christian. I thank God and I praise God for raising you and your ministry and Lord shall keep you strong and healthy for the many more years to come. Soli Deo Gloria.
@@DagburnJohnnyGobble no true pastor covets the calling. You are either called, or you are not. I don’t think one needs to write an essay on it. I would recommend looking into what I’m saying and seeing that scripture supports it.
1 timothy 3:1 says, King James Bible This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.” You are a false profit and a liar. Now keep your mouth shut in matters you know. Nothing about.
I have been a pastor for over 40 years and still don’t understand “pastor burnout.” How can anyone who is doing what he believes our Father has called him to do burn out? If you are living for other people’s expectations, you may be in the wrong vocation. The only one you have to please is God.
I think it can happen when you have a heart to serve and fail to be balanced. Your greatest gift can sometimes become your greatest weakness. Anyone that has a heart to give May struggle with giving too much

hello
Who is Pastor Well?
It's a verb. I was confused too.
I would do anything to be a pastor.
Then you’re not qualified
@@roberttrevino62800 can you defend that perspective using the bible ?

“Go to bed with your wife…”…simple, yet profound.

I agree David.. I would personally term it as pastoral stress..
As all suffer in any aspect of life.
It's a human thing though... Just shows how human we are. Even Jesus called His disciples to rest.
