He made a violin sound in one song during the competition that they won. He and Kirstie can do whistle notes. He can even imitate the sound a sharpie pen makes when being used.

I love that the next generation enjoys the songs I grew up with. When I was in high school and this song came out I thought the words were nonsense, but I still loved it. Many years later, when I found out that it was Freddy Mercury's "coming out" song, (Oh, THAT's what it means!) I loved it even more. Both of my kids have non-standard sexuality and I'm glad that they didn't have to go through what Freddy did.

They do make behind the scenes videos for some of their videos. Some reactors tack it on to the end and they also react to it. The couch is on a remote. The couch is symbolic of how Pentatonix became known. After they won the sing off part of the prize was a record contract. But shortly afterwards the record label dropped them. So they started to make their own videos to post on UA-cam. they sat on a couch to do them. So if you look at very early Pentatonix 2013 2014 you'll see that they're sitting on a couch.

I was watching another reactor doing PTX and the next reaction that came up on her channel was this song. I had never heard of Nightwish although they've been around since the 90s, I am now part of the Nightwish Army after seeing that reaction and "discovering" the band. That's the really cool thing about reactions....you can "discover" different sounds, genres and groups/individuals that you may have never found on your own.
I enjoyed your reaction overall, but like a lot of other people, I couldn't watch large portions of it because of the jump cuts. It would probably have been better to cut out sections instead of the way you had it jumping. I hate that UA-cam makes reactors do things like this and understand the reason, but please try to find some other alternatives. Obscuring part of the screen, blurring it out, etc. is better than the jumping around for your viewers. Even inserting some pauses here and there with a screen that pops up saying that it is to deal with copyright is less annoying. Thanks for working so hard to let us experience your reaction, though. You'll find a way that works effectively for you and your subscribers eventually.
