Designing apartment 85m2 / 915sqft

This apartment consists of the following spaces after renovation:
- Living room, Dining room, Kitchen
- Bedroom
- Room for 3 kids
- 2 Bathrooms
- 1 small toilet
- Laundry room
The main goal here was to open the space so it feels more spacious and inviting.
We demolished some walls to widen the living zone and to reorganize the space around the bathrooms while adding a small space for a washing machine, a dryer, and a heat pump internal body. The heat pump is connected to floor heating.
We lowered the ceiling in what was a corridor and there we installed the air conditions.
For the kitchen, the client wanted a built-in dishwasher, wine cooler, built-in fridge, an oven with a hot plate, and a small cabinet for whiskey.
The client wanted mainly a light color palette with a darker kitchen countertop.
