We don't know all of the circumstances in this situation, but what I see is someone who has mental condition that is overreacting to something that they take way too personally. I see them being trolled by kids at a fast food restaurant. Let's put that into perspective. If it is so painful to be misgendered by the clerk at McDonald's, that person has mental problems. The person in front of the counter is in charge of their reaction. The fact that he/she blew up over someone's trolling shows that they have some severe unresolved issues. And I'll clue you in, changing their body is not going to fix it. Obviously, presenting themselves in this manner brings them more trouble than it's worth, yeah? Mature people make choices, and then deal with the consequence of their choices. Immature people make choices and expect others to accommodate them and their mistakes. Sorry. That's not the way the grown up world works. If I want to call you Sam the butcher, you either get used to it, or you don't deal with me. That's how grown-ups work. This transwoman (while harassing a fast-food worker)- "YoU sHoUlDn'T hArAsS oThEr PeOpLe". If I had been there as a customer, I would have punched that transwoman so hard and said "fist of justice is unisex". She was walking out like 10 times just to come back and keep swearing and harassing people.
These policemen (11:02) weren't harassing that repairman. They answered a call and were trying to make sense of what was happening. That repairman was making it much more difficult than it had to be. The police literally told him why they were there but that man was still "wHy ArE yOu HeRe?". Sure the lady who called the cops was wrong to do so, but that repairman made things 1000 worse by not cooperating and "wanting to see the manager".

Is ir harassment to call someone "sir" if the person looks male or Ms if th person looks female? How is everyone supposed to know? I doubt the staff deliberately intended to insult this person - at least initially. Perhaps after being harangued in such a rude manner the employee reacted instead of acting but I still don't understand why the customer was so angry. In what glimpses that were provided to us of the customer the person looked like a "he" to me. I could have easily made the same MISTAKE with absolutely no intention of being rude.

The small engine guy's parents are brother and sister.
Let it be known everybody, you never have to speak to the police. You never have to voluntarily participate in their investigation. The Man in the video is 100% right. He has not done anything wrong, therefore the cop does not have the legal right to demand his ID or his personal information.
If the small engine repairman was suspicious when the cop got there, all suspicion has been dispelled. The guy story adds up. He was just looking for a place to go to the bathroom, and some lady lost her marbles. Why does the cop have to be a jerk about it? It's the lady who caused the problem. He should be mad at her for wasting police resources.
As the supervisor said, the manager wasn't there, nobody knew why dude is emptying gas from a generator. Then he asks if he can enter someone's home. She just wanted verification that he belonged there and didn't feel comfortable confronting the man herself. It is understandable. If he was legit, all he need do is provide identification and just cause to be on the premises and it would have been an in and out. We didn't actually see that part. Anyone can have a magnetic sticker made for their van...it's a good cover for theft and other activities.
So next time your mom, wife, or daughter is home alone and a dude that's been hanging around asks to use the bathroom, tell them to just let him in or carry on about his business outside your house, but don't expect anyone else to be so naive.

If he was doing something nefarious, I highly doubt he's going to do it, and then ask the woman who wants him to do it to use the bathroom. It doesn't make sense that he's doing something suspicious. That's the problem. There is no suspicion. Do you really feel crackhead is going to go to the trouble of getting magnetic stickers made for their truck, so they can go around stealing gasoline out of beat up generators? That's when the cops idea that this guy's doing something wrong completely breaks down. This suspicion has been dispelled, and the cop doesn't even need the man to say anything for that to happen. All the factors are observable, and they've already been reported.
With that said, what is to be learned by the man's identity? If he's doing something wrong, then he gets detained. And then the ID is obligatory. Notice that the cop didn't force the man to ID himself at any time. That's because he knew he couldn't. He didn't have the proper legal standard to force that man to identify himself. Showing his ID is not going to do anything to dispel any kind of reasonable suspicion. It doesn't matter if this guy is the Unabomber, if he's not doing anything wrong, there's no reason to ID him. If the officer has no reasonable articulable suspicion that the man is doing anything wrong, but cop needs to leave them alone. Anything after that, when the man says to leave him alone, is textbook harassment. It's no longer a consensual conversation. The cop is now on private property, and he must leave.
Also, the owner of the property did not call to have the man trespassed. The neighbor does not have the right to have the man trespass from someone else's property. If the owner is not there to officially trespass, then it is implied that the man has permission to be there. in fact, in many states if you enter on to private property, you may stay there until you are told to leave by the owner or their agents. To further illustrate by point, in some countries, there is no such thing as private property, per se. I can go camping on someone's land, as long as I don't destroy it, it's legal. And they can't kick me off.
With all the cell phones filming every interaction, the one filming and the so called Karens are making society more difficult to live. They are both a-holes.
Why the hell did that guy confront the person on the court with their child? They don't know the dog, and he seemed ask the lady perfectly nicely to take the dog away from an area it wasn't allowed.
