Our county ambulance service had a grill guard out on there newest ambulance and they have the H styled lights on the back but have the flash patterns where the top set flash like dash lights at a left/right pattern and the bottom two synced together to double tap and then go steady when the breaks are hit.
TKGaming182 here in New York, we have Charlie priorities. If a patient is in serious need but requests that we don't use lights, we'll still use a siren until a certain point
